Exploring Mumbai's Best Street Food | India

In this video I head to Colaba, South Mumbai a bustling city with amazing people, generous smiles and of course delicious food! I sample some of the best street foods including panipuri, vada pav, falooda and the famous South Indian dosa from one of the very best vendors. I can easily say that all dishes were incredibly delicious and each dish must not be missed when visiting Colaba.

Besides Vada Pav, other items invented in Mumbai that are must try are Bombay sandwich, pav bhaji, and omlette pav.

Vada Pav as a sandwich was invented in the 60's, but Batata Vada existed long before that. People used to eat Batata Vada w/o Pav. There are still restaurants all over Maharashtra which only serve Batata Vada w/o the Pav.
