My goal is to help other busy parents get the tools and strategies they need to improve all relationships in their lives. Because let’s face it, reading parenting books is often at the bottom of our priority list when we are juggling so many things in our life!

A great book for kids to understand feeling and how they come and go is "Mop rides the waves of life". My daughter was gifted this book by our friend and oh how I wish I had read it when I was younger.
