- So we are Rymdreglage from Sweden. We like to do music and videos and build stuff, sometimes
with artistic ambitions sometimes just to save money like film equipment and stuff like that. We have also been working for three years on a digital puzzle called "Crypzzle" that you can download for free from our webpage: www.rymdreglage.se It contains over 5000 hours ambient music. 1024 albums with 99 songs on each album. The winner will hopefully be happy. More info on the webpage. You can find all of our music on Spotify and probably most of the other streaming platforms.
If you like what we are doing and want to support us financially, you can do so on our website www.rymdreglage.se We use PayPal, swish and Patreon. If you donate 200 USD or swishar 2000 SEK or more we will send you a pair of the "Steampunk Rave Glasses" that are handmade by us, see the following link:
• Steampunk Rave Glasses
They comes wrapped in a paper from the video Terminator 2 - 20 years that we made back in 2011. • Terminator 2 - 20 year...
If you donate 70-199 USD or swishar 700-1999 SEK we will send you a digital puzzle called: Crypzzle. It is on a 256 GB USB-stick and contains over 100 000 ambient songs. More information here: www.rymdreglage.se/crypzzle/
If you donate 30-69 USD or swishar 300 - 699 SEK we will send you All songs we have made so far on some DVD's plus exclusive photos of the members in Rymdreglage posing in the excellent nature of Sweden. This are also wrapped in a paper from the video Terminator 2 - 20 years.
If you donate 20-29 USD's or swishar 200-299 SEK we will send you a copy of Legenden om Dunneric (Legend of Dunneric) to you. (DVD with real DVD-case and everything like the one in the store, almost). The language is in swedish and there are only swedish subtitles, but that does not matter because the dialoge is just silly and it is the extrodernary action scenes that brings the story forward. This one is not wrapped in a paper from the video Terminator 2 - 20 years because then it will be to heavy. Here is a link to a music video with clips from the video "Legenden om Dunneric":
• Rymdreglage - Legend o...
We also have Patreon where we mostly upload vlogs of our work with videos, music and some random stuff, right now we have started to build the Piano thrower that hopefully will be able to throw a piano 100 meters. We have 72 pianos that we will smash and film with a high speed camera and make a music video of. So check it out if you think that sounds funny!

We ship to all places on earth and the cost for the shipping is included in the price.

13 years later and it's still an incredible video, these guys were ahead of their time.
Agreed
Still agreeing over here too@@Breadbrowser
I also just revisited
Amen to that!
Now this is a throwback
This video is a real piece of art
+Mr P Rodríguez Thanks :)
I fully agree, even in 2021 it's amazing.
True!
Wow. Its weird seeing nostalgic comments from 4 years ago.
not to mention it's this video's 10th anniversary.
almost 10*
Goddamn this song came out when I was 5 holy shit
Zonies Coasters ikr

This will truly stay a classic.
Agreed. Still great after 5 years.
*Another 5 years later*
Yes
czcams.com/video/fimnf2iX_zk/video.html
Still a classic
This was the first ever CZcams video I watched.
GG
mine 2
ditto, this and that one of the white stripes
Same😂
Same, not sure if it really was my first but it's definetly the oldest I can remember along with PES animations.
I remeber seeing this a month after it came out. 6 years later, the feels. This is truly an amazing piece
+King Sushi came here to say this lol, nowdays online radios have entire stations dedicated to this type of music
Yup, the times have changed
11 years m8, good times.
Cheers
Now nothing feels special anymore because every single niche thing can be oversaturated and can easily be quite draining. Furthermore, things move so quickly it's literally impossible for anyone to keep up with anything because if you follow a meme, you've most likely missed 10 others so I've stopped doing that for years.
The idea of the Icon is dead.
czcams.com/video/fimnf2iX_zk/video.html
In 2018 it still looks awesome because it's real.
Still unique.
czcams.com/video/fimnf2iX_zk/video.html
2022 and still as unique as it always was
2023 and still is
I first saw this in late 2009. I was a young kid at the time, so I had an interest in Lego's. My brother found this and it was almost like seeing a God animate. I'm much older than I was then, and I have an interest in music. To this day this magnificent video continues to astonish me and I am truly thankful for it.
The exact same thing here, after 5 years i find this video again, its amazing :DDD
i would not have guessed that "stairway to heaven"was a led zeppelin reference until you made that distinction!
thanks!
I was just about to comment almost the exact same thing!
SAS
TheProtato yet
I remember in 2009 my reaction was "wow", watching this again in 2015 and im even more impressed than i was in 2009
Joyful Amoeba Haha, good to hear, we are working on 8-bit trip 2 now, hope you will enjoy that one to :)

Same thing m8
@@rymdreglage So, after 6 years from posting this comment, it's here...
12 years later I’m still astonished in October 2021!!!
The single most impressive part about this was rotating a 3D cube, on a 2D plane, while maintaining perfect perspective throughout, WITH LEGO.
The pong scene is my favourite part.
This is very, very impressive animation, especially with such smooth camera movements and consistent smoothness.
And if you guys didn't notice, even the black&white pixelated videos in this were also made in Lego.
***** Thanks
So the black & white pixeletad videos were made in lego? I didn't see that :O That's amazing and very impressive!
never do drug while watching this
armymanscott you did ? :D
czcams.com/video/fimnf2iX_zk/video.html
best stop motion EVER
And here I am, 12 years later, still having my mind blown by this video far more than any modern music video has ever done. Simply astounding, I'm in awe.
Dear childhood... We miss you :( Come home!

They have returned: czcams.com/video/pCm1fKZGvl4/video.html
12+yrs later this is still in my Top 3 all time CZcams videos 👍
Anyone who thinks of this as anything less than amazing, is a lunatic.
+Mr Cooked Bacon :)
dumb haters: ok guess we're lunatic
(i don't think anyone should hate this but uhh you know, those who truly appreciate this are epic too)
I watched this video when I was 8 years old, almost 10 years ago. This video back then was simply mind-blowing to me. Today I saw a lego build and was reminded of this video. I decided to look for it and found it in de archival corners of CZcams. Simply amazing.
The sequel is just as great, I wish it received the same recognition.
Whoever this person is is suuuuper talented
I think @3:11 is the best part. I find that sequence seriously cool.
this is the most amazing stop motion film I have ever seen, every shot is flawless and a pure work of art.
+Donutcraft Gaming Thanks it was very nice of you :)
wonderfull
Omg. i agree
Found this while searching LEGO Stop Motion videos when it came out. Now, 6 or 7 years later, here I am, filled with nostalgia.
Same.
14 Million. 5 Years and this video still looks fresh, smooth and a very visual eye candy. I'd like to thank you guys for dedicating the time, sharing, and crafting this awesome mind-bending stop-motion masterpiece. Until this day, it still is thought provoking on how creative you can be with this wonderful animation technique. You guys rock!
TheLAFilms99 Well thanks a lot, we are working on the sequel right now.
i had this saved on my old channel's favorites playlist when i was a kid. still pretty mindblowing to see even after losing track of it for a while and the music still sounds amazing.
I remember when this video was on the main page CZcams had for current uploads back then. Such a classic to see again.
*OLD BUT GOLD*
I Remember finding this when I was 7 years old and it's been in my favourites list for about 6-7 years now
+Danzan McBlabs Hehe, sounds good :)
:D
omg same to my old account
me too :)
yea just stumbled upon this again lol
11 Years, still holding strong.
Thanks for marking my childhood awesome!
2016 and still good!
+xXFroggyGamerXx Thanks :)
2019 oof
Man this brings back some memories...
This kind of quality back in 2009 is even more impressive, dayum!
0:43 이 부분은 들을때마다 쾌감개쩔
This is, was, and always will be the most awesome and memorable CZcams video I have ever watched. Seriously, I thought this was the best thing ever when I was a kid. It's so well made.
Can't believe it's been 15 years since I first watched this. Holy shit.
that was one of the most amazing things I ever saw possible with lego!
***** Thanks, we will release number 2 in the future, dont miss that one!
1:57 This is probably the most breathtaking masterpiece made out of lego. That recorded video in real life and then converted into the lego pixelated stop motion!
Man! I remember finding this and being so amazed I jumped out of my chair to show my father. That seems so long ago. I found a book at the library about brickfilms and picked it up because I used to be obsessed with LEGO. There was an entire section dedicated to this video, and I looked it up again as soon as I got home. Kind of nostalgic, really happy I found this again.
Best. Lego. Film. Ever.
+KingKuma 411 Thanks :)
+Rymdreglage you still reply ??? Holy crap
Old man Jenkins d
Rymdreglage is so big now these days. I live and grew up just a few kilometers from these guys hometown, I think they're still around here on "Slätta". Älskar er musik, har gjort det i väldigt många år nu... Mycket kärlek och respekt till er boys. Much love from Kvänum
I remember watching this when I was younger :)
TylerTV :)
One of the first videos I've ever watched. Still blows my mind today!
+Jacob Bowen (MrBrauner666) It depends on to what you want to need it for, send us an email and tell us a little more :)
Same
:) me too
3:02 - I Love that smile and bit
It was funny seeing this pop up in my feed,
It was me and my younger brother’s favorite YT video back in the day
Nice to see it still holds up
This deserves more views
Best music in 2018 plus. It feels great to hear this music
Such a classic, 13 years ago... So many good memories
rediscovering this gem at 12:15 AM is one of the best experiences to have, it was one of my first inspirations to get into animation and I'm working on a really big project, all down the line due to this!!!
Remember this from many years ago, finally watch that in 2015. :)
+Zillion1950 Channel :)
Good question, how long you do the stop motion lego animation on this amazing video.
+Zillion1950 Channel Same I was cleaning out some files and I came across the mp3 I had for this.
Okay.
Haven't watched this since well, 2009
+TechnoKnightsCraft that is six years ago
Rymdreglage Wow.
you're alive!
Wow haven't seen this video in I dare say 7 years... Brings me back
This is a certified hood classic and a masterpiece
High school memories with this song!! Such a classic!
We need this type of content on youtube more.
I just love these old 8-Bit sounds... They are so nostalgic and make me happy ^-^
When I was a child, I couldn't stop watching this video. I love it!
The quality of this video from 2009 still holds up today. It looks like it was shot in 2013, but I doubt it would have been as legendary as it is now.
This brings me back to when this was relevant.
+Xtra Hehe, 30 years back in time, lovely :)
+Rymdreglage Alas, there were no lime or brown Lego pieces 30 years ago... I think the Byggis clone only started making them some decade later...
Just went on one of my VERY old playlist, and remember seeing this on the front page and liking it. Probably one of the first few videos I watched back on CZcams LOL
After so many years... still digging into it. Amazing song.
Years ago, this was the film that got me into studying filmmaking. It inspired me so much as kid. It got me into looking how to make stop motion films or in this case Brick Films. Later, I have moved onto narrative and vlogging videos. Man, Im forever grateful for this film igniting that creative spark.
I remember seeing this video like 2 years ago, it's still my favorite lego animation video. must have taken so much work to make
来安 Thanks, yes it took some hours to make :)
They should make a 360 video out of this
top comment.
hahsbhahashahahahahshyusgjfvtbm45trsf
Good luck with that, would take ages, haha.
I saw this in 2009 when I was 11 years old. Last year I saw a collection of videos from Adam savage visiting a stop motion studio, learning about all the work that goes into it. This year i watched the video once more, and now I feel even more amazed than my 11 year old self seeing a ton of legos.
6 years later and this video still amazes me.
Kiro Takahashi :)
6 years since this was uploaded? I'm getting old man...
+PhantomcodeX lol
I'm getting old, man*
Z-PotatoAgar Whatever :/
GOGOGO 2017!
PhantomcodeXk" j :'(I'm I
Thank you for this video, it's helped keep me pumped during my workouts and runs for 7 years now!
I watched this video hundreds of times when I was around 6-8 years old. I'm 21 now and my first time returning to this video after searching for it for a long time, and I remember the entire thing lol.
14 years later... this video was an inspiration to me when I was a kid.
Amazing. Respect for the great video & music!
***** Thank you
Rymdreglage What effect/s did you use for the 8-bit fake look of the real movie clips at 1:16 , 1:35 , 2:00 , 2:36 , 3:02 ?
***** Not a video effect, that's still lego :D
***** You´re kidding me... ,-) Looks like a "distort the video in 25x25 pixel" or so effect. Anyway, great video and music!
This is all Lego, nine of it is cgi. I've done it before, but I scrapped the vid, it was crap anyways.
The fact that this was 1080p in 2009 is insane. That technology back then was very rare and quite expensive to produce
1080p still image cameras weren't so high tech then, and this video is mostly stitched still frames
@@Ymgarl Such a boring comment, you're a boring person.
This is truly some hidden gold
I remember watching this in 2009. Oh, the memories. Wish I could go back in time. It's really wierd how time managed to pass so fast. It feels just like yesterday I was booting my Windows XP PC, and turning on Firefox. Then days of GTA...oh, I miss those days.
0:10 that other video is good but nothing beats the 8 bit trip :P
I have never tried an 8-bit-trip..but I tried a 7-bit-trip once..not to be recommended..Haha!:)
I remember this from like 6 years ago..... Good times....
Remember when this was a pinnacle of Lego stop-motion?
This is the first youtube video I can remember watching, back when I was 9, and now I can appreciate the music even more as well
if this was me, i would of given up after 3 frames
2009 feels like pre-internet times. So much has happened since.
+balleur 9/11 Always Remember.
+The LOL Factor Some days it feels like 2011. Sometimes even 1997, because Hale-Bopp.
For me anything after 2007 is 2010 decade, internet era, barack obama, smartphones and lgbtq, etc.
2009 - pre-internet? I bought my first book from Amazon in 2002. Lol
@@Lilbizkit I played online flashgames in 1996 lol
Chiptune + Stop Motion + Lego + Video Games = Perfect
2 oldest kids would stop everything they were doing anytime I put this video on. 10 years later my 3month started throwing fit and I put it on. It still works.
Has it really been 11 years...? Man, I miss these guys
I accidentally clicked on this... what a lovely surprise
You guys are a legend, I used to watch this video as a kid, the music is awesome.
Had to revisit this classic after Part 2 dropped. What an incredible blast from the past.
If I had to pic my favorite video on the internet, it’d be this one
Glad to see you here, hentai-pfp-person
This is one of the first videos I favourited on yuotube. Dayum it's been a long time. I hadnt even got into uniservisty by the.n
tttc :)
Rymdreglage first Lego stop motion video I saw
yeah its one of the first in my favorites list:)
tttc Oh my god same for me :O forgot this existed!
That final whirlpool effect that zooms into multiple images at the end still blows my mind. Simply amazing the amount of work that went into this.
I dont know what it is about the past week but so many of these absolutely nostalgia inducing videos are popping back up for me and im beginning to believe in the algorithm
Ah the memories.. The very first CZcams video I ever watched... :)
My first vid was lego stop animation of mcdonalds. I can't find it though
this is still the first video in my favorite list
Caleb Husted i think i know what your talking about...
good for you i cant remember for my first video :D it was back in 2005 december... :D
My first youtube video was a lego batman one by forrestfire101
1:16 sounds like game and watch
the best video to come out of 2009. i remember watching this when i was younger, great job.
Young CZcams was something else! I miss those days.
Having this video recommended was quite nice. I must say that this video is still impressive to this day and soooooo well made!
1500 hours in description O_o
Thats over 60 days
That's what true art is about :|
THATS OVER 9000 MINUTES!!!
2Pi So what?
thats 90,000 minutes.
anyway, description doesnt say that.
anymore at least.
i dont think this took that long.
60 days no sleep? itd be like 90 days or 120 days at least.
i refuse to believe he put that much work into it.
not that it wouldnt be worth the $10k-20k he made off it.
2Pi Thats no where near long enough!
this video blew my mind it's amazing how lego can't just be played but entertain us too with this stop motion
This thing almost 10 years old, and it still impresses me. That must be thousands of dollars worth of Lego.
took me a couple hours to find the video but i’m back again after 11 years 😌
Can’t believe it’s been 11 years since I’ve watched this
The nostalgia is so real man i was like 4-5 years old when i watch this video and now im 17 this year and it feels nostalgic
I remember seeing this as a kid, now I'm older and my life is full of problems, what I wouldn't give to just go back in time and be a kid again.
