Ingredients:
For the dough
🌺 2 eggs
🌺 100 g of sugar
🌺 100 ml sunflower oil
🌺 12 g baking powder
🌺 360-370 g wheat flour
✅️The shape for the oven with a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3.5 cm.
🔸️ (1 tablespoon of oil + 1 tablespoon of flour for greasing the baking dish, or butter at room temperature)
✅️ Put half of the obtained dough in the freezer for later
For the filling:
🌸 2 egg whites
🌸 1 pinch of salt
🌸 100 g of sugar
🌸 1 ml vanilla extract
🌸 400 g Greek yogurt
✅️ The dough from the freezer is grated over the entire surface of the cake, watch the video step by step.
✅️ Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C | 356°F, 35 minutes (high and low heat).
Let it cool completely.
