रात को 10 बजे सोता हु परंतु प्रति दिन रात को 12 से 2बजे के बीच मे नीद खुल जाती बाद मे नीद नही आती है दिमाग सोचता रहता है सुबह जागने पर अटपटा लगता है तथा दिन भर आलस रहता है काम करने मे मन नहीं लगता है घर से बाहर निकलने मे भी डर लगता है ये समस्या दो तीन महीने से चल रही है मुझे डाक्टर जी ने दवाई दी है उससे मे ठीक महसूस भी कर रहा हूं आपका वीडियो अच्छा लगा , थैंक्स

@@ruchi1797 Oh yes, no sir please. Maine dehumidifier le liya aur abhi experiment chalu hai, but I think mein so pa raha hoon. Emergencies me Melatonin pill 5 mg rakhta hoon. please reasearch "sleep hygiene" it's important. Aur arguments karna bandh. 😃

When the recitation ends , open eyes , take half a glass of water. Again close your eyes and say NAME OF GOD thrice in your heart & drink water in 3 sips. Take water this way every time after listening to the recitation.
