Those chemicals will come back to bite your ass boys.. Been there many years ago and have a piece of land that is essentially a salt desert now. I'm working to bring it back and will but for a short term gain I bought a long term pain. Be very careful!
This is total nonsense. Fertilizer has salt but very little in the case of making your field sodic. By the way salt is saluble. So the first inch of rain you get the majority of salt will leach through your soil profile. Stop trying to use anecdotal stories to negate actual science to further your propagandist ideals.

The sad truth is that if chemicals were not used, food would be far more expensive (2x to 5x) their current prices if food was available at all. You cannot feed 7.5 billion people without chemicals - many million if not billions would need to die first.
Make sure ans think about that when you buy something organic in the grocery store - which people would you like to see die in exchange for chem free food?
