I agree with this one as a Tvs apache user where i had a bad experience with them while taking my Rtr 160 in 2018 after taking my delivery i heard a squeaking noise from the front disc then i informed them regarding this but they casually said that it will go after some time but it never was .Right after this i posted this scenario with their official tvs handle on fb and boom within half an hour i got the call from the Mg tvs asking me to come asap so that the complaint will be cleared from their side.My suggestion is if you are having any bad experience with the showroom or while taking the delivery straight away never hesitate to contact your official brand where these were not run by them where everyone is a dealer here only the brand can able to fix this.

But in another showroom service centre person is saying there is no such thing as sensory spray, and disk cleaning is not mandatory.. all services centers are worst and after selling vehicles they are fully dependent on service revenue so they charge unwanted.. There is one more fraud Annual Maintenance Contract which is also a fraud plan to collect money ...

Received SMS notification for the service done on different dates and with a minimum amount (300 rs) but my actual service amount will be around 2k. 3. received that bill notification with a different bike service centre name (the worst part). After discussing all these points with them, now they blocked me in the SMS notification list.

I own a car a bike and a scooter. From my experience Showrooms charges exorbitantly wherever you go. They do this because of 2 reasons. 1 is vehicle warranty ( you have to do service with them to claim warranty) 2 is they invest on machinery, tools and training. Authorized service centers charges sky high Whether its a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler. I go to ASC for my 4 wheeler which is within warranty period. and for 2 wheeler i prefer local mechanic shop.

This showroom problem is all around the world, they don't have trained mechanics, all they have are apprentice technicians and they are relatively new to the work. So I buy the spares by myself and replace them with the help of CZcams else I take it to a trustworthy mechanic and spend the entire day with him and replace it. Else buy a new vehicle if the repair is pretty big. The simple problem for this cause is the demand is quite high and the need is also high, so these things are pretty common.
My friend has given his Yamaha R15 V3 for Service in showroom and the bill amt is Around 23,000. When my friend wanted to pay through credit card they said that they will charge 1.5% extra since bill amt exceeds 10,000. So my friend said that he will pay 9500 through credit card and balance with UPI, but the showroom said split is not allowed. We argued with the manager a lot, then only he agreed for the payment through card and UPI. this is also their way of charging us more. Beware!!!

I was a advised by one mechanic that after free service, don't go to show room. But after some years, I have given to oil change in a showroom. Finally as said by the mechanic, after oil service, just within a week, the engine started giving trouble, again gave it for service to mechanic, he advised again not to go for showroom. Finally I have spent 5k on engine and finally disposed vehicle, which is having a life span of 20 years.

I didn't accept and called my friend he is an ac and washing machine mechanic he checked and just attached the wire which was bitten by a rat and asked 100rs....
I'm experiencing the same problem with the J Kay TVS showroom here in Puducherry. They're overcharging and their service is terrible. Even after completing the service, I'm still facing the same issues. I don't know where to complain. I'm really frustrated with them. It's outrageous. In future, they may even charge for moving the vehicle from the repair area to the exit. It's incredibly frustrating.
Dealers have more profit in service than sales. We can do it ourselves some minor works like oil change, spark plugs, brake shoe & cable change etc with minimal tools.

But oru point enna na ennadhan neenga OE spare showroom la vangunalum Illa Velila vangunalum spares quality is not good. Changed around 15 (1100 apprx)head bearings in my r15 still the issue is not rectified, changed grease, tightened to proper tightening torque it will rust in few thousand kilometers, but stock bearing in my bike gave me around 30000kms without any issues.

He made it and mentioned in job card. The supervisor not taking the vehicle helper only arrange in the line at the time they made them damaged .not for me lot of customer have some issues

My experience: my bike stopped suddenly at road .I took my bike near by mechanic shop they changed only my sparkplug my bike got started working. On the same day I took my bike to showroom for general service (3 km travel from the breakdown place ) showroom did general service and given me the bill .I found sprak plug and changed they explained me your sprak plug got damaged badly so we changed. You should do a video on the additional charges a customer has to pay while buying new vehicle especially Scooters. From comprehensive insurance to accessories to handling charges everything is inflated. If you say, you will buy insurance and accessories elsewhere, they wont even respond at all.

Bro - I agree to your point on selling spares at the MRP. I owned a TVS bike for almost 16 years and have always serviced my bike at the authorised center and not once I have faced quality issues with their service or dissatisfaction. I’m not sure which dealership has scammed you. However I am able to relate to all of this because I’m currently facing these issues with my Royal Enfield interceptor as I’m not able to get a quality service done from authorised centers.
Why don’t you use your influencer power and request them to allow you to watch your bike being serviced, did you raise these concerns of the bike not being clean despite the water wash and wax polish etc if they have charged you on the bill then you have every right to question them about the quality of service provided.

Plus service panrakku avanga poda Units (1 Unit = 15 mins) feels unjustified at some times. Plus you cannot modified what to be serviced and what not. So in the end, oru service ponala minimum 3-4k selavu vecche theeranum ngra maari irukku.
