In Maharashtra my other state, its 50 pc or more costlier. How come there's a big scam when people getting at lower cost?. please try to throw some light on this.

1:17 if you are namazi type people so you can't understand.
Even Simple law is like pmla for common people.
If system decide to destroy you they will do without pmla.
They don't need pmla for destroying.
Kejriwal just released because he is boy of western power.
Western power again giving comments on kejri.
Is enough to send signal to judge to do favour on kejriwal.
Indian judiciary is part of Deep State.
Indian judges who controlled and selected themselves. Only 300 family control.
So this type of group, there are chances it can be influenced by foreign powers very easily.
Before 2014, even govt was run from foreign powers.
So how can Indian judiciary who think themselves as of British legacy can't controlled.
This shows Indian judiciary need reforms. A chai wala here can't become cji 😢. A normal person can't become 😢.
Even if normal person becomes, then there is 0 chance he would become cji because of fixing of 300 families 😢.
There should be controll of govt on judges. So that judges can run freely from foreign powers.
But here - before 2014 govt and Indian judiciary both differently controlled by foreign power.
If they had connected like it was before emergency. Then modi till now brought this judiciary out of foreign power.
But here we need to done work separately to take Indian judiciary out from foreign power.
    So connection is important.
    Nationalist govt is must.
Then again institutions should also behave as nationalist.
Before emergency= Indian judiciary and govt was connected. Appointment done by govt.
Then govt was slave of foreign powers so judiciary 😢.
    After emergency=
    Both become different.
Even then both become controlled by foreign power.
After 2014 we got nationalist govt far more nationalist than previous all govt.
But judiciary is same because judiciary selection done by themselves.
If here appointment done by govt then = till now judiciary becomes nationalist but not happen because both are different.
    Both things are different.
    Can then judiciary be nationalist?
I think yes it can be but there was time when both were different.
But then also judiciary run from western world.
So now I wanted judges appointed done by modi.
Judges are corrupt free, nationalist just because they are free from agency probe.
If investigation done then you will find all are corrupted with huge property, anti nationals 😢.
Judge's are corrupt free and nationalist is impossible to believe after seeing how govt run before 2014😢. If you believe then you just member of milc gang ( missionariess isslamist liberanduu communistt)
We have seen both judiciary independent and dependent both were corrupted, anti national.😢
Now we want judiciary depending on nationalist govt. Only then judiciary can become nationalist.😢
Some people apart from milc gang think if you take award from modi govt or judges appointed by modi govt
    Then they will be compromised.
So sorry it happens before 2014.
After taking award, you can criticise modi govt but with right cause not with propoganda 😢.
Same with judge modi want judge that follow rule, nationalism not like kejriwal decision 😢.
Modi just wanted to free our institute from foreign powers, nepotism.
    Which should happen now.
At centre there should be govt because forming a majority govt is very hard for today.
So if someone will have to destroy institution then then they will have to come to centre by forming govt. Which is very hard for now.
So I want centre govt to decide everything after a nationalist govt is there.
Indian judiciary follow just what they want, and foreign power. Not run through law.
Modi just wanted a nationalist institute don't care they criticise his govt on merit.
When judges done press conference then modi was very furious. He said if I will do anything then you will say I am interfering.
You know how many families controlled Indian judiciary
    Modi answer - only 60
    Modi said to media person.
Dk Singh himself said this in his one episode 😢.
I want judiciary appointment done by modi govt because we have seen in past many combinations.
All were anti Hindu , anti India.
So want now nationalist judiciary controlled by nationalist govt
Seeing people becoming nationalist, now forming a anti nationals govt is very hard.
So I want everything done by nationalist govt at centre 🙏.
Here now even if there is nationalist govt, foreign power can do anything which they want through Indian judiciary.
When judiciary selection not done by govt ( yes govt can be anti nationals but we already seen anti nationals govt, first time i want this should happen because govt is nationalist)
    Ok then
When judiciary selection done in merit like upsc ias.
    Ok then.
But when judges hates Hinduism and select by 60- 300 families. All studies in foreign.
So foreign power can easily capture this type of judiciary.
Now West, In future it will be china who will controll.😢

Interesting trivia that Leibniz was a contemporary of Issac Newton. Both developed elements of calculus and claimed to be the rightful inventor. The matter was judged in court and Newton won. Leibniz was reduced to a few theorems that appear in calculus while Newton dominates much of Maths and Physics.

  • @avirdee5421
    @avirdee5421 Před 21 dnem

10th May 2024, is the blackest day in the history of the Indian Judiciary when a pair of semi-literate judges of the Supreme Court of India decided to grant interim bail to a Chief Minister in judicial custody under the serious matter of Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
The detainee had not even asked for bail!
His lawyers had gone to the Supreme Court challenging the arrest by the Enforcement Directorate. The High court had upheld his arrest by the ED.
This is a most bizarre decision as it lacks any sound basis. It reeks of corruption. It is an arbitrary decision. This is a travesty of justice.
First of all, the judges are promoted through the ranks under the corrupt, Supreme Court Collegium system of India where judges appoint judges; so you have a Chief Justice of India whose father was also a CJI. The judge in the present case, Khanna, is a former judge of Delhi High Court, also a position held by his father D R Khanna. S Khanna also is a nephew of a previous Supreme Court judge, H R Khanna. Do you not get the feeling Khanna is the product of nepotism and Parivaar-vaad in Indian judiciary. The time has come to dismantle this obscenity called Supreme Court Collegium. There is no other country where judges appoint judges. Need to pass a law where ONLY the Government of India can make judiciary appointments and also dismiss them.
Are these two Judges supporters of the AAP? One must shift attention to the judges who could well be part and parcel of this racket of looking after their political masters. Did any proceeds of the crime out of the PMLA case pass on to the judges? One hears that Singhvi’s good friend or is it a classmate is Chandrachud and so here is a possibility of foreign funds/influence/foreign governments playing their part between the two and the puppet judges being told to deliver a certain judgement if they want a future in the judiciary. This is such a serious matter that it should raise concerns about National Security because the judiciary has been compromised. I think both the CBI and NIA ought to investigate this matter.
Coming back to the judgement (by Indian standards!), the judges in their pontification state granting Kejriwal interim bail for 21 days would not significantly impact the case. Q. Why allow risk of any impact on the case?
The judges say that Kejriwal could have been arrested earlier or after but nothing such happened. If ED had arrested Kejriwal at the first summon, then the same tin-pot Hitler judges will say why ED did not give him a chance for more summons as these chances were given to another Chief Minister also being investigated under the PMLA.
The same judges say that holistic and libertarian view is justified in view of Lok Sabha elections! Wow! So, such political considerations must override the rule of the law? Why not release all who are in jail so that they too can participate in Lok Sabha elections? Why would any elections or any event be even a consideration under the action being pursued under the PMLA? How bizarre!
As to when the ED arrests someone is entirely a matter for the officers of the ED to exercise their judgment as per laid procedures. Why should these two semi-literate judges consider this?
It is abundantly clear that the two judges had made up their minds to grant interim bail come what may.
Releasing someone from jail merely to carry out political campaigning must be first anywhere on this planet earth. The whole world is watching this corrupt mass of humanity that calls itself India. Why would any other nation have any respect for India? These two judges have made Indian judiciary a laughingstock of the world. These two semi-literate judges have demonstrated that in India, everyone is NOT EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW.

Also, if people under trial for rape, murder are being granted bail, and they go out and murder the whole family of victims, why not grant bail for campaining! If he has the ability to tamper evidence, threaten key witnesses, he can do it even from jail. And all this fuss for a interim bail of 1 month max.
