I am a firm believer that healthy living can be accessible and attainable to all with a little extra effort and knowledge. Today I am sharing an easy and economical way to boost your immune system at home with my homemade bioavailable vitamin C.
Turmeric (curcumin) is known for it's potent anti-inflammatory properties .
Ginger is chockfull of antioxidants and again loaded with anti-inflammatory properties, but that's not all, it has some powerful antibacterial effects as well.
Lemon we all know is loaded with vitamin C making it an immune superfood.
Garlic has proven itself since ancient times as an effective killer of bacterial and viruses thanks to allicin.
This video #howtomake #wellnessshot is super easy, listen if you can tactually still make this without a juicer or blender, your can easily use your hand grater ($2.
Note: Add a dash of freshly ground black pepper just before drinking your shot, piperine, an active compound in black pepper helps improves the bioavailability of curcumin.

This looks great and you must add black pepper whenever you use turmeric otherwise it mostly passes through you and you will not absorb the wonderful benefits.

I finally made this nutritious baby today...I was naughty though, I added 6 sprigs of Fresh Mint and added 3 spoons of Raw Organic Honey.
After blending this the first time and having a taste, my god that hit me sooooo hard that I suffered a light case of dizziness,I added another cup of water coz it was way too thick.
Lastly I didn’t strain it I took it as it is and boy was it delicious after those additions.
    Thank You and God Bless✌🏿🇿🇦😉

Thank you. I had a co-worker who would make this juice by the gallon. He would always tell me every morning to take a shot to get my blood flowing. In his Jamaican ascent. Now I can make my own. No juicer needed. H e also added Cayenne pepper.

You don’t necessarily need a cheesecloth, I do own multiple cheesecloths but I’ve also learnt that an old/new cotton shirt can do the trick just as equally good if not better coz the strands are very, very thin and as a result the liquid sifts through way better.
In my case I experimented with an old white 100% Egyptian Cotton Shirt I owned, all I did was cut off the collar,arms/cuffs and front plackets(where the buttons are) first washed it then bleached it and lastly boiled in hot water for an hour to rid of all traces of impurities and thereafter used it...it was the best and most effective way for sifting.
I regularly make my own homemade apple cider vinegar so I use it when I strain my cultured apples,it’s the best.
You can actually buy cotton material from a tailor,it’s inexpensive and the good thing is they sell it by the meter so you’re good.
Thought I butt in after I saw your comment,I hope you don’t mind✌🏿
