Evolution of Pokémon Moves (Steel Type)

- There are 42 Pokémon and 19 moves that have the Steel type. This type is well known for its very high defense stat and its many type resistances. In this video, we will take a look at all Steel-type moves in all main series games.

Let's take a moment to remember all those level 11's that were just slaughtered by level 100's in what we will call the Steel Massacre...
Metal Claw: May raise user's Attack.
Steel Wing: May raise user's Defense.
Iron Tail: May lower target's Defense.
Iron Defense: Raises Defense by 2 stages.
Metal Sound: Lowers target's Sp. Defense by 2 stages.
Meteor Mash: May raise user's Attack.
Doom Desire: Unleashes an attack that strikes 2 turns later.
Metal Burst: Deals 1.5 damage against the attacker.
Gyro Ball: Deals damage based on user's Speed in relation to target.
Bullet Punch: Priority attack.
Magnet Bomb: Cannot miss.
Mirror Shot: May lower target's accuracy.
Flash Cannon: May lower target's Sp. Defense.
Iron Head: May cause flinching.
Autotomize: Raises Speed by 2 stages & cuts weight in half.
Shift Gear: Raises Speed by 2 stages & Attack by 1.
Gear Grind: Hits 2 times.
Heavy Slam: Deals damage based on user's weight in relation to target.
King's Shield: User protects itself from all attacks; Contact with the shield lowers the attacker's Attack by 2 stages.
Every steel type move has a secondary effect Lol
It seems that in Gen 6, Steelix does not know how to ball.
Steelix needs to get his sh!t together.
The slower the user, the more powerful Gyro Ball gets.

platinums animation was better it added the red bits in it and looked cooler than diamonds and pearl
it was always a laser in the anime though
Gen 4 SteelWing always confused me. Then I learned it was like Skarmory's signature move and that Skarmory is based off of the Stymphalian Birds. It's amazing.

Never realized Gen 4 added so many good steel moves

Moves like Toxic Spikes or Stealth Rock also
Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor and sooo many more
Sad that most people hate Gen 4 but it added about 100 or more extremely important moves that competetive PkMn would be nothing without till this day...

They did so much in the background that we don't even know and defenitely aren't appreciative for

There was two moves retyped to the fairy type : sweet kiss and moonlight. So yeah...

There are 18 types
um, moves have changed type too friend, like Sweet kiss. Well yeah I agree that it'd be a really short video, there's also the possibility that he won't be finished when sun and moon come out, so he has moves introduced from then and the animation changes from gen 6->7 to do
