M50 manifold , pulley kit, long cold air intake , headers with with a performance cat a y pipe after the cat to a single 2.5 all the way back to a Magnaflow exhaust , and lastly the rk tune

@@leavingasap843 lol...why so u can spend 3x as much for the car and insurance just for a M badge? The e36 is WELL KNOWN to be the chassis that M3 owners got the SHAFT on. Not only did we get a SEVERELY detuned motor s50 and very minor cosmetic differences,but when the M52b28 motor came out in 96 the performance numbers were so comparable with the s50b30 in the m3,bmw had to nerf the m52b28's intake just to TRY and justify the extra 10k a m3 was. With a 1 time VERY CHEAP series of mods,a m52b28 can EASILY put out the same juice as the M3. u get one that is automatic,that the motor hasn't been beat to hell back and u can beat a abused m3 with just a manual swap...ask me how I know

I just got mine today I was trying to read my ecu but nothing was happening , the connector under the hood is good, I’ll try again tomorrow it got dark outside so hopefully It goes smooth in the morning
you should like 2jzge swap this thing and get like ebay turbo kit youtuber evan shanks made around 500hp with similar setup on his supra and then take the 2.8 engine from this thing and put it into compact maybe
About to do an m52b28 swap on my e30 wonder if I can get some pops and bangs on that 😏

Thanks man. haha I know, we have been pushing our luck recently. But we have our first drift event in like 2 weeks so that will be fun. Andy will be taking out his e36 and I will take out the s13. The tune is good so far. Ill keep y'all posted after more driving time.

I really want to have a slight burble but I don't want it to be very aggressive. Cuz let's face it unless force induction our e36 aren't that fast. Also won't to get an exhaust been thinking about uuc
wait so changing the code in your ecu can change your power output and exhaust? I still dont get that? Is that what it is, just coding?
It's basically telling your ecu to run a different way. Cars from factory are ment to run efficiently more often than not. What he is doing, is basically making the car run a little richer so he gets that crackle in the exhaust. Your rev limiter is also set by the ECU so you can remove that. So if you want to look at it as "coding" then yes, tuning your car can be close if not same to coding
*EDIT* his tune is also giving him better performance, which is what people are usually going for. Higher torque numbers and bhp

I recommend just a muffler delete for any E36. leave the rest. The e36 with a wing has a wierd chopped exhaust. The other one just has a muffler delete.

I’m just trying to follow the time line so I can do this to my e39 528i! So you purchased the tune, sent them back a map of your car, then they sent you the tune for your specific car, noticed there wasn’t burbles, emailed them and then they sent you back the same tune but with burbles? Just curious! Your car sounds really good w the burbles!

After getting my RK tune the car literally wouldn’t go above 30mph. Mine’s a 328is any ideas why?

It’s a cheap eBay muffler. Just do a muffler delete and it sounds great! Local muffler shops can do it cheap

Hello, i just came accross your channel. Great stuff. I have a question. Are 328i and 328is the same? What does IS mean? For 318is i know, but here in my country , we don't have 328is or 325is's , so noone knows. Some think that the IS means around 200+hp stock. Sport of some kind.

On a stock car, probably wont do much. If you have mods, like manifold swap, cams..etc then you probably would notice a difference with the tune.

About to get my hands on Mint 328i, What mods did you do to the engine? Intake? Manifold? Exhaust?
my 328i engine just has exhaust and cold air intake. Plus the tune. That's all. It is hard to pull much more power out of these. You can do m3 cams, Intake manifold, and tune.
1st mod, sell it an buy an M3.

So just removing EWS and raising the redline to 7300 won't give u and extra 15-20hp..it won't even do it when he adds the burble(which was the only thing u wanted really...and he forgot),and if dude at RK told u it would he's lying. U need to AT LEAST do the intake swap to yield the performance gains. Otherwise he just compromised ur crack and made ur car annoying to drive. Personally I'd goto kassel cuz I've heard NOTHING but BAD THINGS on RKTUNES
