Hey so im just a little confused, with the pop bang tune the reason your removing cats is because it causes to much back pressure? Or is it just purely for the sound? I eventually want to chip my 92 325is and this video has definitely helped alot except fory question, thanks in advance 🤘
I would definitely recommend calling the company that your going to get the tune from just in case. Everything that I did in this video was specific for this tune 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Careful. Never touch a chip's connectors and always ground yourself before touching either the module or chip. Touch a water pipe will discharge any static electricity. Also static builds the most in cold dry air.
🧢 I work in IT and therefore used to work around chips and I'm qualified for it and I can tell you that whole static electricity is mostly bullshit and blown out of proportion. I obviously work in the industry amongst many other professionals and I've never encountered any of them that actually gave two thoughts about static electricity, and none of them ever had related failures either.
not really. despite being able to rev higher, I don't normally need to take it all the way up there to break the tires loose how I want on a drift. but its a possibility, at you own risk. For what I'll be using it it will only be occasionally if needed.

Just got the same tune can i install chip without the o2 senors i will be putting it on soon as its required
I would definitely message RK TUNES And ask, they are really cool about answering phone calls I have my O2 sensor on with my tune 👍🏽

Not sure what year you have but mine, I had to do the chip. But I recommend asking the provide of your tune and follow their guidelines.
Does turning on the ac make the pops less extreme?
Honestly Not sure , unfortunately I don’t have a/c on my car I wouldn’t be able to tell you if it makes a difference Or not 🤷🏽

What rpm’s does the “ burbles “ go off ?
It start around 4300 rpm an up.
Why did you cut the green wire?
Car would not run so I did as mentioned on instructions for this product 👍🏽
Bypassing the ews1 signal the car needs to start.
You said the tune would give you higher rpm are you not worried about valve float
