    Very straightforward approach. Well articulated. Thanks. I'm dabbling in chocolate myself, and I'm wondering what's the best way to recover the bowl of chocolate once done. I use a baking pan lined with parchment paper right now and pour the melted chocolate in there, then level it out as best I can. What technique do you prefer/suggest? Thanks for any feedback you care to share. (from San Antonio, TX, USA)
