So I went to prom in '09 and I wouldn't have been allowed to wear 80% of these dresses lol. No low cut, no cleavage, no high slits, no low backs, no tube top style dresses, nothing too short (arm length test was done a LOT).

My sister wore a lilac pantsuit with a black jacket and my mom gave her so much grief for wearing pants but everyone loved it and complimented her a bunch. So this comment is just here to say dresses are fine but if you wanna wear pants then do it babe!
