My question is - mentioned changing account details- account was not mentioned in registration process?
It just keeps giving me info on how to do it but none of those pages appear , I’ve done the rest but can’t find the photo part , help
I downloaded this app as my email with covid test results said to register my results but there is not the option to do this!
Have tried 4 times but once get to open camcorder both on phone or tablet just goes to files cant go further. Do you need camcorder app downloaded
hi, recently I have changed my phone no, I had registered NHS with my previous number but I am trying to change the previous number it didn't work, therefore I am getting trouble to login coz the app send the login code in the previous number so how can I change the new number on the App ? could you give me some idea please..

Everytime when i try to register it says No match found, note that I’m not registered with a GP and everytime i call the help line they say it cannot find any records of my vaccinations, any advices please?
I can not download the app, I am getting "this service are not available in your country" but I'm in the UK my phone is bought here and registered here and UK number I have never even taken it out of the country, it is honor 50 android phone.

Hello, I have power of attorney for my mother who has dementia, my question is how can I get her added to my NHS app? We are registered at different surgeries and this was the barrier when I tried to do it when it first came out, it may have been updated since then but i have no idea how to find out. Thanks clare
You would need to use proxy access. Details in NHS website for this

I’m having problems with this , I was accepted by nhs and then asked to connect to GP Service, I asked my GP for the codes which I’ve added .nhs app won’t link to GP services so can’t log on .do my GP need to do something their end .help please
For full access your GP practice needs to switch on. For covid vaccine data only it should not
Registered with the surgery’s online site linked My account to NHS app and still nothing can’t do anything book appointments or see full history etc
Contact the practice. Access to records is post a confirmation process and not automatic
I have registered but to view my data it says my GP surgery need to confirm. Is this a new feature or did i do something wrong in set up.
Not all practices have switched on the function to see records. You will need to contact them to switch on for you if not done automatically.

My app has all camera and mic permissions but whenever i try to open the camea to record the video the botton does nothing. so i tab out of the app and go to my camera to record the video and when i tab back to the app its reset itself and when i log back in it asks for a different number when verifying my ID
An unusual problem. Afraid you will need to contact the app team directly as may be an issue with software.

After I received email saying "you passed the checks and now you can login to you nhs account" I've tried but there's errors and the app asking me put ods login and some more questions. What to do with this?

What if I don't want to use my phone for this?
I had to download the app to an old motorola G8 and sign up on that. i don't know why I bothered, have found out since using the app that my surgery are not connected to that. also they have stopped using System online. It, gets better. to think I stood outside my house applauding the NHS. Hawei 10 lite phone doesn't connect to photo and cam

How to change GP?
I sent them a photo of my ID but I'm still waiting for them to confirm. This was nearly 3 days ago
I've registered ok but doesn't say I've had the corona jab like the text I received to register says it would.

Unfortunately,the app is not supportive to all mobile phones. I had to send a video of me stating numbers,but would not let me open camcorder, also you cannot pre record a video, because you have to go through the process of proof from the beginning. I wouldn't imagine many old people would of not signed up to this complicated set up, and I regard myself fairly technically minded

Most systems will not allow you to record a consultation as the storage of data is a key GDPR concern. May I ask why you want to record it to understand how to answer better?
i had the same problem, when you come to click on open camcorder, nothing happens.Why you need to send a video of yourself to prove who you are, I don't know. My Driving licence pic doesn't look anything like myself anyway. hope you got it sorted eventually

@@howardbrett3514 look : If your phone is not listed, it may not have been tested yet. It may still work as long as it satisfies the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4 or above and Android Marshmallow (v6.0) or iOS 13.5 or above.

With the current data issues it may be taking longer. Average time is 15 mins - 2hrs.

Well it would be nice if the app did work like that but it doesn't. App is bloody useless.. try opening the camera to record video and every time just takes you straight to my photo gallery.

What about people who do not have passports or driving licences ! This really annoys me that I should be expected to pay out so much money for items I will never use to prove who i am to a service that already knows ! This app has NOT considered the needs of all our citizens and different circumstances.

Things were a lot quicker in 1975
The APP presumes there is a great deal of IT literacy amongst the demographic that uses the Health Service the most. The video is too quick to retain all of the stages.
