    1️⃣ Reach for heels that includes ankle support/ security features. Ex: Block Heels, Ankle Boots, Lace- up Heels.
    2️⃣Shorten your stride when you walk and walk to a pace that keeps you in full control of balance with every step.
    3️⃣Practice, start walking in your heels let’s say 10 min and extend to 30 mins by third day then extend to what you feel comfortable to walk.
    4️⃣ Do exercise for improving ankle stability is the heel walk.
    5️⃣ Always wear your correct heel size!
