How Can I Walk in Heels Without Wobbling Ankles
Hey Babes❤️ Check off ✔️ these things to avoid ankles wobbling while walk in heels⬇️
1️⃣ Reach for heels that includes ankle support/ security features. Ex: Block Heels, Ankle Boots, Lace- up Heels.
2️⃣Shorten your stride when you walk and walk to a pace that keeps you in full control of balance with every step.
3️⃣Practice, start walking in your heels let’s say 10 min and extend to 30 mins by third day then extend to what you feel comfortable to walk.
4️⃣ Do exercise for improving ankle stability is the heel walk.
5️⃣ Always wear your correct heel size!

Why is it harder to walk in heels with a flat bottom similar to hers (in the black) but easier in the heels you’re wearing (the instructor) with the extra inches on the bottom… Does the thick bottom prepare us for the flat bottom? And does it matter which one we start with?
Hey Babe! You’re asking why is it harder to walk in a single sole heel style vs platform. The platform heels helps reduce the amount of weight shift to the ball of your feet and plus provides with the most neutral experience in high heels
