I've used the bentonite clay to cleanse my scalp and hair a while back and the results were great. My scalp was really clean and didn't even feel dirty/oily/itchy when it was time to wash again (2 wks later). Once I run out of my current shampoo, I'm definitely switching over to clays. It's much cheaper too. I'll have to try rhassoul as well. I heard it's more moisturizing than bentonite
I have Aztec clay mask. Imma use that. Another girl did that too hair super song. Should've been did that.

Do you use the aloe vera with the bentonite clay as well? Thanks.
Hey, it's better to use something more acidic than aloe vera like apple cider vinegar with bentonite clay because it's more alkaline than rhassoul clay (for a proper pH balance).

It depends on the individual. Some wash weekly, every two weeks or even go for months without washing. We can't wash our hair daily, our hair texture doesn't allow it. It will be too dry, causing breakage. Hope this helps. 🤗

Some wash every few days for moisture...but let’s not forget a lot of people have multi racial or mixed children and the washing would be the same as any person there’s other races who do not wash their hair every day.
