Static had this win easy he outclasses miles in speed and power.
Miles was still physically stronger though

I loved the Static Shock cartoon loved his team ups with the Justice League and batman Beyond. Batman beyond was so damn good especially how it officially ended in the justice League Unlimited cartoon with Amanda Waller talking to Terry, I'll always hate Amanda Waller

Static don’t have electric powers he have electro magnetic powers it’s a up from electricity do your research big bro
I mean it's still technically electricity in a sense. Especially since he still uses lightning to shock folks
It has vastly more applications, however. Instead of just directing electricity, it allows him to do a LOT of different things. I'll admit that the healing abilities don't make too much sense, but even without them Static outclassed Miles by a longshot. Admittedly Miles was physically stronger, but the chance of it going to a pure slugfest is extremely low. Plus, Static's stamina, when it comes to his electromagnetic abilitied, is most likely vastly larger compared to Miles, as literally every facet of his abilities are based in that power.
Static is smarter, too. While not dumb by any means, Miles isn't as smart as, say, Peter Parker, while Static is at the very least equal to Peter in terms of intellect, though this was admittedly downplayed in the cartoon, as Richie filled that role.
In terms of finesse, Static also likely held a significant advantage as well, and control wise his ability to control so much power at once is much greater than Miles' ability, though Miles did also get naturally enhanced physical characteristics like speed, strength, and endurance.
Honestly, in an actual fight like they depicted, Miles just couldn't really counter Static, and he likely doesn't really have the ability to break through Static's defenses, either his force fields or high Resistance to electricity. And while Miles could manipulate elctricity, him and his gear don't really have any notable Resistance to electricity itself, besides possible Immunity to electricity he creates himself, making actually damaging Static with electricity much harder than damaging Miles with electricty.
Combine that innate Resistance to absorb outside sources of electricity to heal himself, and the ability to attach limbs, and Miles landing a killshot on Static is very low, while comparatively Static has a pretty easy time killing Miles.

Jay Nen Kurogiri has never been in a real fight so Ebon is stronger to me. Sigh, Static and Misaka Mikoto reminded me how weak and under utilized Kaminari is in MHA.

@@HavokUnbound It'll depend if Sindel's scream is stronger, as Batman noted that was the way to beat her. Sindel also has some respectable wins, especially with the reboot. Also, in intelligence, Static is actually smarter than Miles Morales. In the comics, he works at S.T.A.R. Labs as a teenager and when he was a Teen Titan, he was on par with Robin (Tim Drake) with tactics and strategy and even beat fighters with abilities similar to the Spidey-Sense before, and Static fights with magnetism too.

Sup Jay and Knox. Not too familiar with Static Shock and a lil on Miles or so don't really have a dog in a fight. But these death battles are always good for the most part.
