This is like a love letter to every kid who grew up watching the original animated series. I didn't have friends in school, but I had these heroic archetypes and I genuinely believe they helped to form my sense of morality. Spider-man taught me about the responsibility of having power and the dangers of apathy, Captain America taught me that a good person isn't known by what they appear to be but the choices they make, and the potential consequences of those choices and how they speak for you when you're not around, and Batman taught me that pain and anguish are useful tools if you don't allow them to absorb you completely, that trauma is never an excuse for immorality, and that the positive influence of just one person can change an entire society. Kevin Conroy would be proud of how they're handling his legacy. This looks like it will earn top marks with little difficulty. It appears to be made with true love.

FYI HBO passed on this series... It is being released all at once when it drops... Also since you mentioned noir... Sony & Prime green lit a live action Spider-Man Noir series starring Nicholas Cage.
