    Chef, with greatest respect and admiration I would like to thank you. I’m sure that I speak for many when I say that you’ve truly enriched our lives and helped cultivate a passion for superior cuisine through your art. My sincerest gratitude to you for inspiring me to try things with food that I never would have thought of before being privileged enough to follow your work. I understand how busy life must be, as we all have our obligations and families, but please never stop with your channel. I would pay top dollar to be taught by you, or even buy a cookbook you author.

      MM24 - amen! Am I missing ingredient measurement? I want r make these so bad but I'll have to come up with a way to do it, I have none of those fancy things like a food processor, stand mixer and such but I'm determined!!!!

    Bruno store? Post the link you should try selling some of the food in dry ice you would make a fortune. Just don’t let it get commercialized with preservatives and chemicals I already wrote a comment about this maybe if you read it twice you’ll listen LOL or you could just sell to me and nobody else hope all is well you’re an amazing chef I tell everybody in New York All the time

    Dear Chef Bruno!
    I would really like to make these yummy muffins for my boyfriend’s birthday, which is on December the 19th, but in your recipe for Pistachio Streusel you didn’t write grams for powdered sugar and butter. So pretty please, with the cherry on the top, can you write the amounts for both ingredients?! 🍒😜

      Yes the recipe says: 2.4 ounces (70g) pistachio / 1.6 ounces (50g) all purpose flour, powdered sugar and butter. Meaning: 50grams of flour, sugar and buter. 50g of each.

    you said almond extract but in your ingredient without almond extract instead of coffee extract , can you tell almond or coffee which one ?
