1. To see type of these editions, execute these commands:
CD /D C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32
2. Execute this command to view indexes details:
DISM /GET-WIMINFO /WIMFILE:C:\INSTALL.WIM
(Replace the C in both commands with your windows partition)
3. Execute the following command to extract index number 6 from install.wim image, which contains windows 10 pro:
Dism /Export-Image /SourceImageFile:C:\install.wim /SourceIndex:6 /DestinationImageFile:E:\sources\Install.wim
(Replace the E with the letter of USB partition)
Important note:
- This method supports EFI or UEFI (GPT) system, but not support BIOS or MBR disk scheme.

dude, i did the 2nd option and it freaking worked! i tried transferring the 5gb contents from the windows 10.iso but it keeps giving me error. i found out that fat32 cannot let you transfer big files (4gb and above) so i was anxious as to how i'm supposed to transfer the contents from my device to the usb storage. but bruh, i didn't realize and thought of compressing the install.wim into smaller sized files. this is a life saver! i understood now everything about ntfs and fat32 because of your video.....

You have to change the BIOS settings in order to boot from the USB.
Also make sure that your computer has a GPT disk scheme, otherwise, you will need another computer to create a bootable USB that is support MBR disk scheme.

Yes, you can download the Winre_only.iso file and flash it into USB in another computer using Rufus tool.

Hello I'm trying to install Pop_Os! (Latest version). As I try to install it from USB stick that I flashed before it works fine while in demo. After starting installation process with its built-in app it fails to install after 14% to 17%. While doing this process it erased my windows 11 and also entire harddisk is unallocated because that's what its installer does in "Clean" mode. Please let me know what might be the problem. Also it says mounting drive was unsuccessful. I'm fairly new to Linux and all that os installation process. If anyone could help it would be great. Thanks and have a great day.

If you can flash your ISO file without problem, you are not need to flash the empty image.
BUT
if the flashing process failed, then you have to use the empty image first, then copy files from your ISO manually.

Your question is not clear, however, watch the video again, and read the pinned comment to learn how to deal with the error of the 4gb size limit.

If you are mean that the files didn't appear in the USB after flashing the ISO file, try the suggested fixes from the video, including disonnect/reconnect the USB, reinstalling the ISO2USB app, restarting your phone, ...etc.
If you mean the files didn't appear after manual copy/paste, try to use default files manager or another app. If not helped, try another USB pen drive to make sure the USB is not corrupted.

- Uninstall the ISO2USB app and reinstall it again
- Open the app and grant it the required permissions

The export image part when it hits 99 it keeps showing error 112 not enough space
If the size of the exported index is 4GB or larger as in the recent ISO files of windows 10, then you can try to export another Index (such as index number 1), or use SPLIT instead of EXPORT to divide the whole INSTALL.WIM file or the selected index as instructed on the Pinned comment.

You have to use ISO 2 USB apk app in your mobile or Rufus tool in another computer to make the USB bootable in order to boot from it.
You can't boot from the USB by just putting the ISO file in the USB directly.

Download the ISO 2 USB app from Play store, then Connect the USB stick to your android mobile, after that flash the ISO file of the recovery DVD to the USB as instructed in the video.

You don't need to change the USB to E, instead, replace the E with the letter of your USB drive.
Also make sure you have enough free disk space in both C and USB drives.

May I ask what exactly is the 7zip version did you use ? I tried a few 7zips and I always get an error saying This app can't run on your PC etc.
I have copy the folder of 7Zip app from my PC after installation, because there are no Bootable versions that can be installed from the official website.

Disconnect the USB the reconnect it and choose to open it using your files explorer.
If the option to select which app to open the USB, uninstall the ISO 2 USB app and try again.

My disk is GPT and it will never be a FAT32.
You don't have to convert your disk in order for this method to work. But this method will not work if your disk has MBR.

If you mean the error appears when you are trying to extract the ISO file using RAR, that may indicate that the ISO file is corrupted or not downloaded completely.

If you need to replace corrupted files from the USB, then the answer is yes. But if you need to repair your windows 7 without files replacement, then you can use any windows version.

OK. I did the second option trying to fix a win 10 laptop that refuses to accept a 4-digit pincode. I can't do "I forgot my password" because wifi here requires complex sign in on a private page and weenie-dos doesn't give any options.
Long story short, I did option two. Downloaded win 10pe iso and wrote it on the SanDisk thumbdrive using a USB-A to USB-C adapter. I plugged it into the laptop (without adapter) and booted pressing F10 for boot menu. I changed it to USB drive and saw the file structure of the C drive. Then got an error message saying it could not find a driver. Since I'm pretty sure windows installers come with all sorts of drivers, as well as drivers that should be already installed on the malfunctioning windows installation I am at a loss. Any ideas? I am so close.
(I tried to do windows recovery tools but got nowhere.) I would do a reset or restore but won't let me. BTW: the outlook email displayed on the login screen is not mine so I suspect malware or ransom ware involved.

1- Make sure that the Boot file is available inside Sources folder on the USB, and that you have renamed the MICROSOF folder to MICROSOFT.
2- If your computer is not supporting UEFI, this method will not work for you. If it supports the UEFI, then make sure to disable secure Boot and to enable USB boot in BIOS settings.
