You boys keep it up, keep riding hard, hitting bigger drops, and sending it, you will be the next version of slednecks. Your backyard is unlike anywhere in the world and the canvas is endless.👍
Do you guys Agree that Muskoka's edit of this day is on point? Just looked at Brett T's edit from this day. Yours is better and here is why: It's a happy tone in your edits that makes us feel welcome and invited, as if we are on the same level even tho you guys might do more rad things than the average viewer. You often have a start where you tell is what the plans are and with who you will ride etc, really appreciate that. You show us "the whole thing" , we don't just se a supershort segment of something rad or bad (nice jump/treeride or crash/stuck) we also get to see the preparation and the aftermath, but trimmed down in a good size for the viewer so that we get the whole picture but in a compact package. This is one of the things I really appreciate with your channel and really dislike about sled movies. Brett seems to go for more fancy editing which is nice and you could benefit from that but it isn't really needed. If I want suuuper fancy editing I can just look at a sledmovie🤷🏽♂️ or Brett's edits😂😁. Also I think you should stop put up vids every day and go for every second day so you don't get burned out 👍🏽☝🏽. Super super good content, just keep doing you! All well wishes from Northern Sweden 🇸🇪 🇸🇪 🇸🇪 🇸🇪 🇸🇪 !
Drive like a crazy person and sometimes you will drive off the cliff! My father did that about 20 years ago near Jasper and, luckily, landed in soft snow.
Subbed just 10days ago I don't fully understand 😂🙆🏽♂️. I get that it is someone doing something goofy but what does it come from?😂🙈🙆🏽♂️. Is there a vid with someone called Jerry doing something stupid? 😂😁
@@Negern91 you gotta go back and watch the beginning of the year. There were two Jerry’s but one would always make questionable decisions and end up getting stuck or end up in a tree or something. It was pretty comical.
Your buddy extreamly lucky on his first fail, that's a classic back breaker if the rear had tagged him! Sleads have come so far, my brother and I used to run the mountains in the late 70s to 2000, my last sled was a summit with 156 track and 2in lugs, we went through the pioneer days of tunneling, track extension and motor mods, now the mountain sleds come ready to go with endless power it seems, our success of riding came from reading the terrain and constant momentum , oh and good cardio for shovelling.
Yeah he was lucky for sure, part of the risk if you want to be in the top. Yeah it’s really crazy how far the mountain sleds have come. It doesn’t take much skill to get to the good spots these days
@@MuskokaFreerider oh I think it takes huge skill to carve through the tight tree's in that deep snow like you do! I doubt we could have gone that high or that deep with the sleds we ran, would have had to wait untill hard pack in March or even April lol.
I see you purchased your truck from Mac Lang at Sundridge, Ontario. When I was a younger we lived in Sundridge and Mac Lang was our neighbour. We did quite a bit of sledding around Sundridge. Our family sold Snow Cruiser snowmobiles and later Ski Doo's. I like your video's you are really showing what it can be like in BC its so different than Ontario. Have a good winter!

That would’ve been a wild ride going down the side of the “Boulder gap” lol who Ever hasn’t shovelled that one out doesn’t know the perspective of how high up you feel on that little shelf. Glad everyone was alright. When we did it we had quite a bit of show and my buddy Dathan and you know Landon. Both went as high as that tree just at the gap there. Was a different build. Didn’t need as much speed. It had pop.
The moving action shots you got sitting in the back of your buddies sled were freaking sweet!! Love all the vids!! Keep it up!! And definitely jealous of all that pow!!
What a great video your bodies are rapidly improving or when they first got out there no fear so good to see that nobody got hurt this time keep up the good work I pray for your safety I have broken two bones in my arm and two ribs over the years puts a damper on the season make good choices
Last time I rode this zone was late November and there was 3 minor creek crossings down low, was pretty awesome being the only two people in there that day. Looks like she’s filled in quite a bit. 🤘🏼
🏆🏆🏆👍🙏 SUBSCRIBED Just Beautiful scenery. Serious question... Is it possible to ride with one hand or to velcro one weak hand after a stroke down and ride? Strong arm to push and pull, weakened fingers and motor skills. Thank you Thank you for sharing
Deep snow, minor jumps, boon docking through the trees. Doesn't get any better than that. However watched a guy at Cooke City jump his sled. landed wrong, Involved a helicopter ride out. He can walk again but will NEVER ride again. Too bad. He was in his early 30s then. Said for a moment of wrong decision on a sled.
This guys videos have been on my request for the past about week and I just realized I didn’t already sub but I definitely am now and i love the vids but hate the way they make me feel I’m 15 and we all have had the 15 year old dream of having these toys and I spent all my money on my dirtbike but I’m regretting that a lot I miss playing in winter like you guys do
Get yourself an old sled. Find a non running 70s snowmobileand get it running. You can learn how engines work and those 70s sleds were simple. They obviously can't do what a modern sled can, but they're much more fun than no sled haha. Seriously though they're a ton of fun and around here you can find them for 100-400 bucks a pop and generally a flush of the fuel tank and a clean of the carburetors and they're good to go!
So you guys have to pay to ride there? Just curious how much and would assume you guys have a season pass option like we do for the lake? Many people would disagree with me, but I certainly don’t mind paying to be able to use all of that amazing country (we have to in some areas here as well...Utah).No big deal, especially if they keep up with the grooming headed in there. Blows my mind it’s that busy. What percentage do you think is locals and us out-of-towners? Sorry for all the questions, I’m just a inquisitive person. Thanks! Awesome once again. Keep up the good work!
@@MuskokaFreerider Many of the areas we ride don’t have a groomed trail or really a trail at all, but some of them I would be happy to pay that to have smooth riding to where we cut off and head up into the steep shit. Some of the whooped out trails we encounter in several areas are enough to damn near kill a man after a long day in the backcountry lol. Appreciate the reply, you guys are great. And since you brought it up in the vid. I know you guys like the playfulness of the 154, I did too, but I’ve owned both in a turbo this year and the 165 is such a better performer all around. And when you think of it it’s only about 5 inches on the ground. I get it, it’s a weight and agility thing, but the 165 is just so much better all around and still quite easy to flick around. That’s just my $.02. FYI, the 175 is very marginal in the deep snow even with a turbo. I ride with one every ride and really can’t see a difference in the deep snow yet you can feel it back there much more than you can from 154-165 if that makes sense. Not near as easy to throw around. Given I’m only 5’11” and 175lbs so that’s just my humble opinion. Thanks again.
You may have covered it in other videos, but I am just curious how all these young people can afford these new sleds and can risk destroying them on a daily basis. Not complaining because it is pure entertainment, just curious as an older enthusiast. Your videos rock by the way!
