That sliding second row is a winner. You can even unbolt the third row and get massive space for both cargo and passengers like in a van but with Jeep's off-roading features. The quality of the interior is clearly Euro inspired. As for the engine, sure, there are head turners like the SRT engines but the Pentastar is the working star of the Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge/RAM line-up and these are probably made at really low costs by now, which helps them price all on offer close to what an entry-level Mercedes C class sedan costs. For a SUV, the Grand Cherokee's looks are very understated from the outside, but the interior is surprising in every positive way. This is absolutely a few classes above the last gen Grand Cherokees.

You could say that about all luxury vehicles, like poor people do when they go to withdraw money at the ATM and instead of money, a few bread crumbs fall 😂

I love how he’s like “this car is massive!” Meanwhile in America it’s a midsize option and they roll around at every corner😂

This gen for sure handles soo much better compared to its previous gens...as a owner of a 2023 overland regular grand cherokee it handles way better than my 2017 tahoe (which I have done evasive maneuvers and I never made it tip...never) and they use chevy tahoes as police vehicles and they get down when chasing criminals

I think the CX-9 is still a better option, less power but more torque and it comes at half the rpm so day to day that would be much easier to live with. The Jeep does have more room though and the interior looks better.

is the speedo built to victoria spec because having the big numbers on 30 60 90 and 120 would annoy the shit out of me

Failed to mention the power point in the second row.😉 I've used it a couple times. It's very spacious inside. It's plenty quick enough for its size and I drive a Tesla and a Arteon 206 R-Line.

Of all the cars that needs a diesel, this one needs it the most. They could get away with a 2L turbo or TD and did what Holden did with the Equinox (which turned out to be a really quick SUV lol).

??? They have had a 3L V6 diesel for years.

For the heft, yes, but they're trying to aim at the luxury market. Diesel and luxury doesn't mix well outside Europe.

The fact this Grand Cherokee STILL DOESN'T even have ESS - Emergency Stop Signals, astounds me. Really nifty & highly advantageous safety thing in my opinion to warn half the often distracted drivers behind you.
I mean 2023 & they still don't have it ?, many cars 5+ years ago had it !
No real excuse, but it's a Chrysler product, no suprise

I've noticed this trend with American cars sold outside of North America. I imagine since we don't have ESS here in the United States, I guess they don't bother putting them on overseas specification cars.

Looks the part but with Jeeps reliability issues I doubt many will put their own hard earned down for one. Stick to Toyota if you want solid reliability and resale value.
