If not a shaker can be used. Add the amount of coffee and sugar you want. Add a bit of water, shake it, transfer in a glass add the ice, add a bit of milk if you want and the water.

@@frostbite9635 you can do it with a mixer as well just don't beat it to much and the mixture solidify. The mixture should be in a liquid shape. I would suggest it for about 10-20 sec.
TIP:
If u dont have a milkshaker then pour warm water and stir so that the coffee and sugar can dissolve then add rest of the stuff
Ty but I can't go back now, I used cold water but I would say everything dissolved pretty well actually, only a few pieces of coffee on top but it's still good
Coffee is a very delicate thing, it reacts instantly with sugar, milk, water even temperature and ratio matters a lot

I like the tutorial... And I tried it instead of milkshaker I just used a whisk and stir it ...yes the form was not there and it was okay ...I think try it when you hv a milkshar then only try ...and yeh it u r making it by stiring it end the end instead of adding water add milk ...otherwise its fine

Looks very refreshing and easy to make . The only thing I would change is less ice cubes maybe just 4 and could add some caramel or vanilla extract to give it a twist and some chocolate sprinkles . Can also make them with coffee and hot chocolate powder for a mocha. Hope to see more videos soon 😉👏
Thank for your comment Aaron but if you add less ice cubes the coffee will be watery something that we don't want. If you add caramel or vanilla extract you will destroy the flavor of the coffee, you can add this flavors on hot shot of espresso like mocha vanilla latte etc...

Thanks. Other videos were showing heat the water first, but I have a medical condition that requires not handling steamy hot objects.
I remember 1990's when I used to do it and people mocked me of doing this.
Now those people make this and post it on their whatsapp status calling it dalgona...!!
Those people they realised the taste of this coffee 30 years later and changed it's name to Dalgona. Some people they just follow the trend.

@@DinaPoret of course otherwise you wouldn't like this coffee, a lot of people they are adding too much water without ice or they are over mixing the the coffee until it gets solidify both ways you don't get a good result. @@AAHomemade Ohhh no I've had people prepare a frappe with too much water/ milk at times and I just couldn't drink it, it didn't feel like coffee at all. They way you demonstrate it it's how I've been doing it for years (without the sugar)

Normally a person could take ice coffee milk and water put in grinder and get a best coffee.
If you put it in the grinder your result will end up in a watery coffee something that nobody enjoying it.

If any one does not wanna use milk shaker just use a spoon wisk it vastly for 5 min and done

Don’t need a shaker. Just stir with a spoon. It works fine.

What if we don't have that milkshake maker? What else can we use?
You can use a small size shaker, add the amount of coffee and sugar you want, add a bit of water, shake it, add 6-7 ice cubes, add milk if you want if not add water straight away till you cover the ice cubes :)
Use an electric hand mixer but mix in a bowl
@BrokenAngel113 you can even use a spoon to steer but it wont be that creamy
Using spoon will also work great
but it will take some seconds longer otherwise its good

Can I use blender instead of milkshaker?
I would suggest if you can use a shaker instead of a blender :) if you use a blender it will get foamy and when you add the ice and feel it with water the taste of the coffee will be watery. :(

FOR THOSE THAT DON'T HAVE A MILKSHAKER : TAKE A STRAW AND SPLIT THE BOTTOM IN HALF WITH A KNIFE OR SCISSORS. THE STRAW BOTTOM SHOULD NOW HAVE TWO FLAPS. TWIST THE STRAW AND MAKE A FRAPPE.

@@anzoanz1842 I don't know if it's going to work on the blender if you don't have the milkshake you can use a shaker, or a hand mixer just don't mix it too much, you want the mixture to be in a liquid shape :)
