I'm looking for a decent IPS Monitor any size from 24-27" without blowing off my budget.
And i just happened to drop by here after reading some comment on Lowyat.
Main usage will be gaming, there are a lot of recommendations from the internet but most of it doesn't sell locally. And i don't want to go through those hassle of purchasing it from Amazon which if there a chance of dead pixel it will take a long time to post and wait for the new one to arrive.

Why not? if you dont need 120/144 hz and run simple games (minus shooter/fps) you would do fine although its promoted for people who will be infront the pc for a long time.

You say its bad for competitive gaming (csgo comp) but do you mean the response time (I have a monitor with 5ms at the moment) with this or something els hoop you kan help me out here
+Alex L why not choose 144hz gaming monitor? With v sync you can better gaming exp visually and avoid visual artifact.
1/4/5ms is important but how fast is your APM or reaction time? There is a lot of factor to consider and hard for me to explain in the comments alone.
+Alex L plus this monitor is dedicated towards long hour usage users like office workers with the eye care features. Gaming isn't the main highlight.
What keyboard did you use in this video?

+jason jiang 11cm is the bottom section. Color by eye looks good had no issues with video color grading on my side just tiny bit less vibrant since monitor is for simple:office use. Do subscribe buddy
