- Gyno is a pretty common issue that some men face. In this video I open up about my own experience with Gyno and talk about my plan to use 'More Plates More Dates' Raloxifene protocol to see if I manage to reduce it without surgery.
Disclaimer: I am not recommending the use of Raloxifene, I am purely talking about my own experience and plans for using it.

Raloxifene Log:
I plan to take 60mg every day for 10 days, followed by 30mg onwards and eventually taper off with 15 mg. Alongside this, I am supplementing on 500 mg of Calcium and 4200 UI of vitamin D.
- Day 1 (23rd May 2022): 3 hours after taking 60mg I started feeling tenderness around nipples, especially on the right. This is something I typically never feel.
- Day 3: Unsure if related to the Raloxifene or not but sleep has definitely taken a hit and I’ve been feeling pretty exhausted. Tenderness has gone (starting to think it was placebo). No noticeable changes yet.
- Day 10: Finished taking 60mg a day but unfortunately no noticeable improvements. Unlikely to see anything change going forward but going to finish the course.
- Day 30: No noticeable progress or side effects.
- Last Update: Unfortunately it didn’t work. If I choose to get rid of it, my only option appears to be surgery.

Thanks for your video and testimony. I have the same problem than you, and sometimes it makes me feel down. I was in doubt if I should take some medicine, but now I see surgery as my best solution.
Your story reminds me the one of Henry Cavill. He was mocked at school for his look and didn't got a James Bond role due to his weight. He turned this comments into a gym motivation - best thing one can do with judgemental opinions.

Look his chest is fine, it’s just the nipple area. His right nipple is very pointy but his left is alright. I have the opposite, my left is very pointy and my right is much less. Overall, he can shrink them down a little more but they will always be a little puffy. The only solution for that is surgery.

I think your chest looks great. I had gyno during my teen years and early adult life. I had surgery to correct it when I was in my late 30s. I suffered a lot and finally got rid of it. My chest is not completely flat now but I can enjoy a day at the beach without a t-shirt on. Thank you very much for sharing your experience.

I've heard that rolaxifene only really works if the gyno has been developed recently. I am very curious to see what happens and I really wish you the best of luck. I also have gyno and it definitely is my only physical insecurity that I dread.

Bro, i suffered with gyno my since teens aswell. I got surgery end of 2021 in london, was the best decision i have ever made in my life and feel so much more confident. You have very mild case from the looks of it. If you can afford surgery I would 100% recommend it, it will improve your quality of life

@@MrZmoney420 Depends on your severity of gyno. (£4-8k) Mine was £4.5k. I went with Dr Hassan Nurein, google him, he is one of the best surgeons in UK. I had no issues post surgery.

You should do it. I had the surgery done (I was in this Catholic only boys Elementary,junior High and high school and every sport,every swimming lessons and time spent in the locker room was a pain) And I wasn’t even overweight. So when I turned 18 I went to a plastic surgeon and did it. And I’m happier and comfortable without shirt in any social occasion.
There’s no shame in having surgery specially when it toys with our emotions. Also women do it all the time .

From the accent I take it you're in the UK too, did you manage to get raloxifene on prescription from GP or specialist through NHS? I saw the MPMD video a while back and am curious to do this once I've made progress in the gym far enough to assess how bad I have it. Great video, appreciate the message
I ordered it from ExpressPCT a while back when they were still around. I’ve been to the GP to try to get a prescription beforehand but they didn’t give it to me. Honestly not sure of any reliable sources where it’s best to buy now, sorry bro.

I used to moobs have because I was kind of fat during freshman year and you are right about boys being dicks because I was made fun of a lot of times because I had moobs. What is worse is that sometimes they would try to poke at my chest which just made me feel uncomfortable. I started working out now I have pecs but people still reminded me how I used to look before and sometimes I would still feel insecure and wonder if they really were pecs or just moobs.

Hey bro I don't mean to hate or anything, but I really think you should consider filling out your chest first with muscle before you consider surgery. I used think I had gyno but I managed to put in the time in the gym and after many months I saw a huge difference. If you start doing dips or weighted dips and or cable flys from the top it will target your lower and outer chest. Give it a try bro.

You have nothing to worry about that is much, much less than what I have. The guys at school used to practice on me😅. Be careful about surgery because if done wrong they will sink in and look awful, several friends had it done and they now regret it. They really look weird when shirtless with two sunken areolas.

so relatable. to be honest, i'd rather go surgery. women who remove fibrosis to avoid breast cancer do this and only takes a day, so it's not a big deal unless you have no money.

Dude I suggest not to go for surgery as After effects and side effects are servere after the process.
As of now if you've fixed your chest by working out and it's Little less noticeable and small gland than it's okaish...
As sometimes surgery makes things worse...

@@stickwatch5163 You've to understand what level of Gyno Gland do you have if it's small coin sized one than your overall physique can be blended in to a great personality.
But if it's too large to accommodate with the fitness curves than you've to consider other options such as surgery.
While I suggest you to first
Make your physique lean and muscular through workout and than still you're ain't satisfied with your looks than take thease medications course..
It's cheaper and more safer.
After all the things fails to do so.
Than you can consider about Medical procedures!

Sorry to say this but nothing except surgery will fix it. You’re not going to reverse anything with 60mg of Roloxifine. The reversal dosage is 120mg. Run 120mg for a couple of weeks, it will shrink the glands and puffiness a bit however I would just get the surgery because you still won’t be satisfied. Roloxifine can not 100% reverse it. Secondly I saw your older videos when you were shirtless and I noticed slightly puffy nipples but it looked alright however the image at the end was pretty horrific. The right nipple is very very pointy. Get that shit cut the f*ck out! Just make sure you find a reputable surgeon who will remove the entire gland and make sure it doesn’t concave in. If you don’t get the entire gland removed, it can regrow back if you start taking DHT inhibiting meds in the future if you start to bald, do steroids etc. etc. After getting the surgery, you can get the scars co2 lasered to reduce scar appearance and steroid shots if any scar tissue forms. I also developed Gyno recently but from Finasteride that I was taking for hairloss. Took Tomoxifin 60-80mg for a couple weeks to attempt to reverse it immediately upon noticing, it shrank half of it however it’s still there. It won’t shrink further despite taking a very high dosage. It’s very annoying and my nipples droop when I bend down. I am recently back on finasteride for a couple months and have had no gyno regrowth which is strange. I am also taking 200mg RU58841 daily & switched to Duatasteride (a stronger version of Finasteride) and I still have not had any gyno regrowth. Sucks I developed it in the beginning. Anyways I am planning on getting surgery for it in the future to get the gland completely removed so it doesn’t regrow again and to improve the puffiness because not a single day goes by without me squeezing my nipples and being conscious about them.
Me too I’m 23 am I to late to get rid of it? I mean I just want it to go down a little I can live with a little gyno but half is what I’m aiming for. I’m still a little overweight so half of my issue is weight. When I was in better shape my gyno was actually pretty mild and no one could notice it. I kind of want to get back to that. I ordered Raloxifene online I think it’s 60 mg and I want to see changes in about a month should I up my dosage? Along with me dieting, doing a crazy amount of cardio, calisthenics everyday. My goal is to lose 20 lbs to help with it naturally but I’m hoping with the Raloxifene it can shape it down just a little more. I just want to look good with my shirt off without many boobs and love handles
