- Two teens sprang into action to help a baby girl trapped in a wrecked car. Hunter Hassenjaeger and Colin Barry were driving home from a friend's house when they saw the debris from the crash. Hearing the baby's cries, Barry went inside the car to pull her to safety. Unfortunately, the child's mother, 27-year-old Alexis Danley, didn't survive. She was 6 months pregnant. @@zareffarhaan6106 Cannabis is medicinal and is beneficial to people with epilepsy, Crohn's disease, cancer and other illnesses. However due to it's potency it shouldn't be used when driving. Alcohol for example can sterilize wounds and other stuff but if people abuse the purpose that's when the problem begins. The product itself is not the problem.
So sad, all because someone choose to drink and drive.

It's sad that the mom didn't make it and the los of her unborn child, but at least that little life could be saved and we can hope the mom did hear them and knew her little girl was alright.

Yes, such a tragedy that mom and unborn baby died. I'm glad that these two heroes saved her little girl. Maybe in the future she will and the two guys will reunite and thank them in person for saving her.
the little girl was very lucky that these 2 men saved her life and yes its annoying and sad the mother and her unborned child didn't make it too.
I'm sure she did heard them...and that made her feel more at peace in her departure...she is no longer suffering because she knows her little girl will be alright...god I cant stop weeping for her and her unborn child hopefully her little girl will be surrounded by loving family members that will be there for her, I hope.

H sent these men in the exact time and place to save the little baby.
Her mother heard him. One of the hardest parts of my job were the families who thought they got there too late to say goodbye to a loved one. But the sense of hearing is the final one to go & lasts a minimum of 30 minutes afterwards. Her Mama knew these brave young men pulled her babygirl from the wreck to safety. Bless him for not only have the courage to do so but for having the heart to speak to her mother as he did so.

EDIT: I found info on the external link below. The baby in the mothers belly did, in fact, die with the mother. The boys went to the hospital to see the 1 year old, and she was "with her family," which included her grandmother. hopefully that means she is going to be well cared for. also, it stated that its hunters birthday in 2 days. idk which kid that is, but happy birthday to him, nonetheless. sorry that this is how he will forever remember his 17th birthday.

People who drink and drive just make me so damn angry.. my cousin was killed by a drunk driver, and he survived with a broken arm and she was killed on Impact. It was her 16th birthday..
