I'm an alistar main. Phase rush is my preferred keystone, and maxing Q first is not ideal. The ideal path is this: start Q, then W, then E. After that, you want to alternate leveing W and Q , with W being equal or one higher than Q. This way your W Q combo is always on the same cooldown, as you rarely Q before your W.
