10 MINUTE BODYWEIGHT AT-HOME ABS (No Equipment Needed) Abs Like A Gymnast | Train Like A Gymnast

- Join me for a quick follow along Train Like A Gymnast ab routine! Do this to activate your core before training or use it as a finisher at the end of a workout!
Feel free to do as many sets as you like! Each set is 5 minutes long.
(2 SETS, 50 SECONDS WORK, 10 SECONDS REST)
1. BICYCLE TO TOE TOUCH
Modification: Place bottom foot on floor
• Keep lower back on floor, leg straight, toes pointed, touch elbow to knee
2. SUPERMAN FLUTTERS
Modification: Arch Ups (Lift arms and legs up and down)
• Keep arms straight by ears, legs straight with toes pointed, lift as high as you can
3. HOLLOW SL BICYCLES
Modification: Place bottom foot on floor
• Keep lower back on floor, shoulder blades off ground, make big circles
4. LEMON SQUEEZERS
Modification: Place hands behind you
• In hollow, push low back into floor, keep legs together, full range of motion
5. PLANK TAPS
Modification: Taps on Knees or Plank Hold
• Look in front of hands, tuck bottom under, flat hips, keep hips still

As a former gymnast and collegiate diver, I really enjoyed this abs workout! Next time, can you tell us which exercise is coming up in advance, and let us know the modifications ahead of time, as well as adding a timer noise to let us know when to rest/start please?
