*disclaimer* my main point is that sometimes therapy is not accessible to everyone, and to offer a cheaper yet effective solution that I have found to be *chefs kiss* .. What I am NOT saying is people should skip therapy if it’s necessary.

Journaling does do so much for people. It is true. In life coaching, we tell people to journal because the thoughts we have can be better sorted when written down (goals and more). Then you read it and it gets better into your head for being able to process well. Life coaching is not therapy, but it has a similar feel. Journaling is a good start before therapy, as it will help one process better what to tell a therapist. Therefore, saying something you already thought, processed from writing down, read, then speak to someone else, can release chemicals that help heal you on top of someone who may be able to give tips and actual help to you. Great video.

That’s a great way to put it, it’s a step in “processing” those thoughts you have which definitely helps you to be able to communicate them to someone else. As always thanks for your perspective! 💛
