Making fried seaweed rolls / Diet recipe

    Today's menu is fried seaweed rolls with konjac
    It's a really good recipe to eat with stir-fried eggs!
    Are you all doing well on your diet?
    I was in a slump for a while, but I'm working hard again Haha
    Our goal is to go on a yo-yo-free diet, so let's do it slowly and steadily!
    Material
    - konjac 300 g
    - A little bit of vegetables in the refrigerator. (Make sure to put onions, garlic, and peppers!)
    - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    - 2 tablespoons of alulose
    - 2 sheets of gimbap laver
    4 sheets of rice paper
    - A little sauce to add to it
    Recipe
    1Chop vegetables into small pieces.
    2. Heat the pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chopped ingredients
    3. When the ingredients are cooked, cut the washed konjac into pieces
    4. Add 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of alulose, stir-fry, and cool down
    5.Put the ingredients in the seaweed and roll it
    6. Cut the dried laver in half and wrap it with rice paper soaked in water
    7.Pour oil on a heated pan and grill the dried seaweed rolls
    8.Enjoy your meal when it's crispy!
    Saegon's diet is on an amorphous low-carb diet!
    So that you can eat slowly and for a long time without yo-yo
    I try not to ban sauces.
