I was hospitalized with sepsis from pyelonephritis and I didn't have urinary frequency or dysuria. Only a fever and lower back pain. I also didn't have any nitrites in my urine culture.

Finally got a cure to UTI with the help of Doctor Isibor alternative herbal treatment on CZcams
