@@razaabbas3717 for me it started with tingling feet and just falling down and not able to get up, a week later it was hard to even chew food or close my eyes seperately i was admitted (38F) 5 days of IVIG helped me get cured within about a month, but some cases are worse and take much longer, i was lucky

Great video thank you! I'm studying A&P right now haha do you have a video on cholinergic vs anticholinergic effects? Idk why but the SNS/PNS and then there's nicotinic vs muscarinic vs alpha/beta receptors seems simple on paper... then when I try and recall it later I mix them up sometimes 😂
Hi I have MS and the treatments you mention are not immune suppressants they are also not very effective treatments. Additionally the triggers you mentioned do not necessarily cause a relapse it could be a pseudo relapse - looks like a relapse but isn’t (ie no inflammation or damage). Often caused by a fever - symptoms should resolve when body temperature returns to normal.

Als is connected with Sodium1 gene mutation (chromosome 11 if i am not wrong) and is connected with Zinc/copper malabsortion.
In MG it is CNS, in GBS it is PNS now what if Peripheral Nerve route are affected since the brain creates neuron branches upon learning as long as neuron function in the brain functions well and neurons lights up can this be applied in Peripheral Nerves by means of creating new nerve pathways peripherally through creating new nerve routes aided by new research and development proven studies aided by modern technology so that acetylcholine which is both an inhibitory and excitatory can function at extremeties.
Would epstein-barre virus be high yeild in regards to guillan-barre?

ONSET is most often seen between 30 and 40 - not most commonly seen! It doesn't go away when you hit 40. I wish these medical education pages would make that distinction. I just got chewed up and down to Sunday and back by an acquaintance who decided I was lying about having MG because she saw a youtube about it and they said it's most likely to happen to women in their 30's or men in their 70's. So - first - that's most often not only - second - it doesn't magically go away! Yes, I have MG at 59 - but I've had it since I was 24. I realize the person should be using some common sense - but they won't - so disease educators need to be more specific! It's one word difference that could make a world of difference for those of us living with these diseases.
MG can also cause significant weakness in legs and arms. All voluntary muscles can be affected.
How do you differentiate Gbs/ms/cerebellar Ataxia?
I have spastic paraplegia Spg4 with babinksi, hoffmann and romberg sign, clonus, hypotonia.
I also have celiac disease with chronic gastritis ( Eoe that impaired my vitamin b12 and folate absortion with macrocytic anemi and hypothyroidism.
Since I cured my duodenum and stomach my numbness, my nerve inflammation decreased.
What does it mean doctor?
I think that I developed my celiac disease as a child after one vaccination and I also got varicella, ebv and herpes.
Since I went gluten free i never developed one single herpes and since my condition improved ( spastic paraplegia should be a neurogenerative disease) I am wondering if Gbs is triggered by gamma delta t cell, if thera are any special intereukins ?
If there's a genetic mutation which somehow cause autoimmune diseases at some body organs and tissues due to some factors I'm interested in how the body reacts to environment because living things like animals aside from humans had been adaptable to environment from prehistoric times until now which they often mistakes as evolution, in its adaptability wherein its body parts changed I'm wondering if in humans if a nerve was severed unable to transmit nerve signals properly what if it can acquire by adaption or by the use of signalling of it's damage to transform itself to like that of cell signalling like out of membrane signalling to other receptors involved since multi-cell organisms were able to do that, I'm wondering how the undiscovered powers of the brain can do that or by the enhanced bone marrow cell differentiation capability like stem cells.
what are the supplements would help GBS please ?
Huntington disease sounds pretty similar to Myasthenia gravis, am ai wrong ? ( First genetic second adaptive mhc 2 ???)
I have all the symptoms for MS but not the bladder symptoms I felt a pop in my back where my spine is when I got into a little scuffle n that made my body really weak right after what will you guys think it is that I have but I feel pain in my hands and in my back and I’m always cramping up. My fingers will go crooked at times when I cramp up.
My MG started with the little finger on my left hand locking up and then over a few weeks it spread to both hands and then neck. Serious question: when you take a shower, do you feel kind of weird until you get out and dry off? 'Cuz if that's the case, you need to get checked...

when I was a kid I wanted to be a cop or an astronaut or fireman..now t my body has been fatigued and painful in all joints now for 8 years, I've lost my wife, my houses and my sense of humor and most of my friends..now if I could go back I would be a doctor for people for free because nobody can figure out anything .I have 0 energy now and have now decided to succumb to the pain and just sleep but if I could go back I would find a way to help people like us because it's seems no one can. and now to boot most doctors have sold out in recent years to pharma and sold they're souls to save a career..makes me think they're oath is just oats in the water
I feel for you. I’ve had fatigue since 1979. Now at 68 I’m a lot worse and am in daily pain and weakness. Nothing found yet.
