Bush clearing and burning, they have to also look out for the pipes. Driving farm machineries, pipes must be looked out for as well. Make sure nothing is mistakingly placed on any art if the pipes to prevent blockages which could lead to burst pipes etc.

Bayo, I first watched one of your real estate videos a couple of weeks back. Well done. Concernng this farming thing, I hope you know what you're doing. Farmng in Nigeria is romanticed by many for what it isn't. Farming in tropical southern Nigeria is a most challenging endeavour, particularly as you seem to rely on 'experts'. This thing is rarely as profitable as people claim. I have multi-year first hand experience doing something similar. I was also from abroad. I hope you have a more profitable and positive experience. But, be careful. Be very careful. I'd strongly advise you to use your own resources to test run your farming concepts and ideas for at least a few years before inviting anyone to invest from abroad. Don't gamble with your reputation. This is only the second time I've commented in nearly 10 years of watching you tube. I feel that strongly to advise you. Wish you all the success.
