Believe me when I say to my family…..why are we in the US?? We have been so brainwashed about our ancestors and where they were from. Its sad to say I had to take a ancestry test just to know me. It’s like Stockholm syndrome being in love with the US, but hating your captor. I served in this country and lived in many others locations too but all I’ve learned from school is European culture. Also maybe America a melting pot for everyone but it’s not mentally or physically safe for us “black Americans”!

Luckily, they really don't get brainwashed since their connection to their roots is rock-solid, but I feel your pain. Sadly, this has gone far too deep that "some" back Americans want nothing doing with home of heritage. I'm glad you dared to be different. 👏
@@theajanaku6637 I was very ignorant on how I viewed Africans. A lot of us still believe the lie they told us about Africans and Africa! But once I had Fufu and Efo Riro with goat meat…….can’t tell me nothing I’m in love now! I’ve met so many beautiful people from Cameroon, Kenya, Congo, Sierra Leone, and Nigeria. Most welcoming and loving ! I’m glad I opened my eyes to really see the truth! Oh I’m doing the work here trying to get my friends to open their eyes as well in reconnecting!

Good content mate I respect the hustle keep up the good work. My only concern is the land pricing, why’s yours so expensive? $6k for 1 acre is really expensive. I’m currently investing with Greenhills farming, they are also located in Ogun state. I bought 1 hectare of land for $5k.
Considering that 1acre= 6 plots
1 hectare= 16 plots.
Thank you and great question! this is a farming estate with different options of what to do with your farm and with Greenhill's cassava. you are just buying into land that is predominately a cassava farm. I hope that makes sense

simple: we don't wait on the govt to do that. we create it ourselves by developing a self sustainable community
You cannot buy, sell or transfer land in the USA without Title and title agency 🎈
Yes you can with virgin lands. we plan to register it ourselves. We just needed to make sure it's clear of any govt acquisition Also, this is not USA
@@thenigeriannomad actually you are right and Michael is wrong. I am a 17 yr Chicago real estate lawyer. Title companies are a convenience not a requirement. Besides quit claim deeds legally allow for the transfer of ownership without title.
