- Hello guys, it's allblanc TV today we prepared TOTAL BODY 4min workout all together. Since workout gets easily bored and sometimes it's too hard to keep up, we prepare various background and different routine and model for you guys to keep it up.

I have a chronic illness where doing any activities is taking me so much energy but your small routine makes me feel I accomplish somethings in my day and I feel more energized after doing it. thank you :) ! i can even do it twice in a row now !

This video started my regime 2 months ago. Just doing 2 sets. Now we've each lost average 5kg having gone on to do other videos but this Tabata was the one that kicked it all off.

다른 타바타 해보니 이 영상이 제일 좋아요 땀도 많이 나고 동작이 힘들지만 허리에 무리가 없어서 따라 하게 되네요!! 쉬는 시간에 선생님들이 바뀌니 지루 하지 않아서 넘 좋아요

Anything that can be done 3 times a day isn't a good workout. This Tabata is a warm up for a real workout at best :/

I did this for 21 days, and guess what? I gained more strength. When I first started, I couldn't do the walking push up and high pitch without cheating. I would cheat to make time go faster. But in the end, i can easily do the push up and high pitch. I gained muscle in my thighs, and got 11 abs. My arms also got slimmer. I lost 2kg. But since I haven't got to my body goals, i'm going to continue doing this for another 21 days. Thank you Allblanc!
P/s : please take note that I did this exercise without changing my eating habit. I eat 2 meals a day, with snacking in between.
Starting weight : 54.5kg
