- A few months ago I was watching TMNT with my son and noticed the awesome flail type weapon Nightwatcher AKA Raphael had and instantly knew I had to try recreate it.
It may not be exactly the same due to limited reference pictures and videos of the weapon plus they were all different in the references I could find but I tried my best.

I love that everyone that goes unique builds and different works similar to this, including myself.... We all have a nasty do all towel that we use for all sorts of cleaning and barriers and whatnot lol. Your towel is a Deadpools sidekick

I'm so glad you smashed the cabbage and pumpkins at the end, very satisfying. Love the flail, it's a good all around melee weapon and that one looks might nasty if you are on the wrong side of it. Nice job!

As it is truly entertaining to watch him put this weapon together piece by piece and then take apart piece by piece Cabbage Heads, Pumkins Cinder/ Concrete blocks with it!
The destructive effect of that weapon on the "Out of line Produce" brings to mind the movie "Mr. Majestic"! Outstanding Well Done!

Неплохой кистень, я делал тоже, но в ручке делал шарнир, для свободного вращения цепи вокруг оси а саму ручку делал из текстолита, цепь не должна скручиваться и запутываться, ещё в том же шарнире я ставил жёсткую пружинку, чтобы можно было наносить удары как плёткой, задняя часть ручки была в виде круглого набалдашника, чтобы кистень не вылетал из рук, шлепок (ударная часть кистеня) у меня был с шипами, сделанных из болтов (Моргенштерн), работать кистенём намного удобнее чем нунчаками и кистень намного опаснее , удар очень разрушительный, это оружие не уступает мечу и сабле. Владеть этим оружием, просто искусство.

Very impressive, incredible master craftsmanship! The only problem with this, like all other flail weapons similar to this. It's too dangerous to wield, more for the one utilizing it. Rather than against their opponent!
Thank you, it’s from a film and this type isn’t dangerous you are thinking of the ones where the ball sits level with your hand
True, combat flails that sit level with your hand. Tend to snap back, and hits you when you hit your opponent! Your incredible flail ( phenomenal ), doesn't sit level. But can still hit you, when swinging and striking with it!!
A squeaking end mill means it's rubbing, slow it down, it's going too fast to make a proper cut and it's also causing it to generate a lot of heat
It was going the right speed for that cut

You can make it safer & more historically accurate by making the handle longer & the chain shorter so the ball won't hit you.
You can read the title to realise it’s not a historical build

Thanks, the welding does not hurt your eyes at all its UV rays that hurt your eyes and they wouldn’t be saved to a memory card and played down a screen
