I have a patient with elevated ALT(174) AST(180) Alk Phos at high end but not over. Ultra Sound was negative. No jaundice. No other physical symptoms but with each blood test over the past 12 months the numbers are staying high. She's a 58 year old who takes med's for high blood pressure and has been messing around with some herbal remedies. I advised her to start taking L- Glutathione .That was maybe 3 months ago. Most recent testing was same. High ALT and AST. Not Hep-C high but 180s. Pre-certed a abdominal CT but patient is resistant to test. I was hoping that you had a few words of advise. She has a Urologist and a cardiologist but neither seem concerned about the blood test findings. I've now removed almost everything this women has been taking to stay healthy such as multi vitamins and minerals, herbs. Also made sure she understands Tylenol can cause these enzymes to increase. Patient is concerned and i'm out of suggestions. Any advice would be much appreciated. John Pandolfo, DC.

There are several suggestions you can try
      drink lots of water.
eat watermelon - this helps reduce kidney disease naturally.
try taking pomegranate seeds and drink organge juice - these help reduce kidney disease .
avoid meat, cucumber, spinach and alcohol.
(I discovered these and why they work from Jaylands Kidney Kit site )

I have high TSH, high BUN, high creatinine, and low testosterone. My post-void bladder volume is also high. Do you have a quick guess as to what's wrong with me? And any type of diet/lifestyle advice?

Thanks for the Video! Apologies for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you researched - Trentvorty Perfection Kidney Theorem (just google it)? It is a great one off guide for improving kidney function without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my m8 finally got great results with it.
