We are not separating the extra 20 foot extension lead, not all kit configurations have the extra 20 foot extension, you must have purchased a kit with the extras, which is what I suggest, however some Power Probe users only purchase the tool and do not know about the extension we offer, btw you can check out all our kit configurations at: : www.powerprobe.com/na/en/circuit-testers-kits thanks for commenting, Danny
Great question! All of our tools do not come with the additional 20ft cable. We are offering this extension separate for those that didn't purchase the PP3 Kits that come with the additional extension.
I bought my Power Probe 3 work fine and then the voltage positive negative messed up send it in under warranty they fixed it shortly after that it messed up again I still haven't got it fixed I don't know if it's a common problem but for what I spent on it I shouldn't have had to go through this my dealer I bought it from told me to contact them directly when I send it in I have to wait weeks to get it back I love the first edition of Power Pro I've had it for years the only problem that I ever had was I had to replace the two color LED it's still working would like to know what need to do to get it fixed and not have the problem again

When I bought my Power Probe 3 it came with multiple components including the extra 20 foot extension; Why are you separating the extra extension?
