Hello Coach is there any option to have a bag that absorbs noise?
I have a normal heavy bag which is mounted to the ceiling and we have a townhouse but due to the vibrations when I hit the bag its quite "noisy". Neighbours hears when I hit it. As he works nightshifts and sleeps daytime I don't wanna be a d*ck
Have you tried an Aqua bag? Absorbs noise pretty week from our experience.

Add a small spring, they sell them online, that connects the chain to the mount.
