ഒരു work study നടത്തിയാൽ നമ്മൾ എത്ര എംപ്ലോയീസ് നു വെറുതെ ശമ്പളം കൊടുക്കുന്നു എന്ന് കാണാം. ഇതിൽ എത്ര qualified employees ഉണ്ട്? മാറി മാറി വരുന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയകാർ എത്ര പേരെ ചവിട്ടി കേറ്റി. ഈ ഭാരം നമ്മൾ പേറുന്നു. അവർ കമ്മീഷൻ അടിക്കുന്നു. It does not mean outrightly cutting short the number of govt staffs. All is related to the efficiency and the process of co ordination among various depts. If the same extent of service could be imparted by 15% of existing staffs based on the current job profiles, then what is the need of additional 85% of staffs. They are delaying the process with unnecessary contribution and making extra expenses to the treasury. This concept of laying off is currently spread across the entire globe as you can see the current trend with global big firms. The inefficiency is more in govt jobs than in pvt jobs due to the job being ' secured for the life' in the mindset of people. When you look at your pvt peers you know the current demand of jobs.
മുഴുവനും private company ആണ് ഭരിക്കുന്നത് എങ്കിൽ അവര്‍ക്ക് തോന്നുന്ന salary,fees etc... തീരുമാനിക്കാം. 5 lack deposit വാങ്ങി 10000 salary കൊടുക്കുന്ന private schools,company ഉണ്ട്. School എല്ലാം private ആയാൽ അവര്‍ക്ക് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന fees എടുക്കാം, ഇതു തന്നെയാകും hospital കളുടെ അവസ്ഥ. Better management ആണ് അവശ്യം. കൂടുതൽ revenue create ചെയുക. Government sector better ആയി maintain ചെയുക. നഷ്ടത്തില്‍ ആയ department എല്ലാം examine ചെയ്തു ലാഭം കിട്ടുന്ന രീതിയില്‍ ആകുക. Government sector നല്ല രീതിയില്‍ ആയാൽ അത് common people ഗുണം തന്നെ ആയിരിക്കും
അങ്ങനെ വന്നാലും സമൂഹത്തിന് അതാണ് മെച്ചം. ഗവ.നികുതി ഭാരം (സമൂഹത്തിന് മേലുള്ള ) കുറയും. കൂടുതൽ സംരംഭങ്ങൾ വരും. അപ്പോൾ മത്സരക്ഷത വന്ന് കാര്യക്ഷമത കൂടും.

വെറും 4000 MW ഉത്പാദനവും വിതരണവും നടത്തുന്ന കമ്പനിക്ക് 5000 ജീവനക്കാർ മതിയാകും. കേരളത്തിൽ

Majority of the government jobs should be outsourced to private sector. There are companies in private sector who are professional and competent. Private sector employees are more competent than public sector employees.

Santosh has said absolutely correct, over staffing only has created more inefficiencies, some of the process takes 2+ years, like the Passport work jointly done by TCS & Central Government has simplified the process & made the each step faster, if the Kerala government wants good performance, best is to outsource.
Agree with this statement of Santosh, this is a good one, as said by many the tcs managing passport office, in spite of upgrades in technology the many over staffed govt organisations are very ineffective, simple tharam matal takes +22 months, it is just bureaucracy & slow moving set up, if this was our serviced the maximum time it can take is 2-3 months. Only private sector can make jobs efficient & result oriented!
Henceforth there should be a control over the numbers taken in. They are enjoying with the taxpayers money. Horrible taxation. The latest one for registering a property sale is just unbelievable.
Profitable government departments- Revenue, Registration, MVD, SGST etc.
Departments in loss : Mainly Education & healthcare.
How will government reduce the loss ? Increase the revenue of profitable ones & reduce the staff strength of loss marking ones ( contract hiring). This is what is happening in terms of stamp duty & traffic violations. 😂

Buy tea etc. But a vending machine for tea and coffe or keep a kettle and microwave in the dining area. You will get prineter and copier for e decent price.

How many of them are state run in US and can you see staff pattern as you claim in private banks in India,even the strength is exaggareted in public ones if you have visited one recently.What about customer base of individual banks in US .Also whether VIP culture exists in US.Whether US banking customers are more patient and polite compared to indian counterparts.Whether usuage of digital banking channels is at the same levels in both countries.Any finally which one has more robust technology in the particular sector. Simply we cannot compare one and blame any system.

He alone drives bus collect money.Payment is through coins , people enter through front and exit from there. In India ksrtc has driver and conductor. Pvt buses has a kili also.
And their banking is inefficient

@@Bluebear20003 Yes bro I agree. The salary is huge in US. In India you can afford 2 employees with 1/5 the salary. So no point in comparing. But I would rather love that govt focus of quality and good customer experience. I was quite surprised when I walked in to SBI recently on my visit to India that the manager is very young person and he is willing to go to any lengths to make you feel comfortable. I had some issues with reactivating my online account, changing my phone number, starting a mutual fund account etc. He was really accommodating. I can see most banks now hire young people as managers who are extremely friendly and problem solvers.But have to tell you that the older employees who work mostly as tellers were not that friendly.

Main problem is a very low Economic Complexity Index. If the economy of a society does not produce goods and services tjat they can sell to others, you cannot have economic viability to spend more and more on welfare

U are partially true,... For example developed countries reduced attractive incentives to thier employee's even before decades like they have started contributory pension,.. Less salary than private employees,... Etc if salary and pension is less attractive best people never select government job they automatically go for private job with good salary pension and insurance,...
They have nearly 100 % people have pension and insurance even you are on private sector or public sector,...
They are not getting employees government job... Its that much non incentivised,... In india all the good perks are only goes to government jobs,.. The solution is reduce percentage of employees and promoting private sector to create more jobs

എന്നാല് 1990s വരെ നമ്മുടെ സർകാർ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കൊടുത്തത് economic developmentനാണ് (അതായത് ക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികൾ, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ആരോഗ്യം etc.). സാമ്പത്തികമായി ഒരുപാട് വേർതിരിവുള്ള ഒരു ജനതക്കിടെയിലേക്ക് Nehruvian Socialist Principles ഉപയോഗിച്ച് financial redistribution നടത്തി. അതിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് ധാരാളം പൊതുമേഖല സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയതും അതിനോടൊപ്പം സർകാർ ജോലികൽ നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തത്. പുതിയതായി സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം നേടി രൂപീകരിക്കപെട്ട ഒരു രാജ്യത്തിന് അത് അനിവാര്യം ആയിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ 1992ിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന LPG മാറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം ഇന്ത്യൻ മാർക്കറ്റ് ലോകത്തിന്ന് തുറക്പെട്ടു, സോഷ്യലിസം എന്ന principle പ്രാവർത്ഥികം അല്ലണ്ടായി. Private മേഖല മികച്ച സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കി സർകാർ മേഖലകളെകാലും മുന്നിലെത്തി. അവിടെയാണ് താങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞ economic growth ഇൻ്റെ പ്രസക്തി ഉയരുന്നത്. അതിന് മുമ്പ് ലോൺ എടുക്കാൻ പണയം വെക്കാൻ നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ പട്ടിണിയും ദാരിദ്രവും മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഇതുവരെ കൊടുത്തുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന development assistance നിർത്തുന്നത് വോട്ടുകളെ ബാധിക്കുമെന്ന ഭയം എല്ലാ പാർട്ടികളും ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് അവർ അതിന് മുതിരില്ല. എനിക്ക് താങ്കളോട് പറയാനുള്ളത് ചരിത്രത്തിലെ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾ വിലയിരുത്തുമ്പോൾ അന്നത്തെ സാഹചര്യം കൂടി പരികനിക്കുക. ഇന്നത്തെ കണ്ണാടികൊണ്ട് അന്നത്തെ ചരിത്രം വായിക്കരുത്. നമ്മുടെ തലമുറക്ക് കിട്ടുന്ന exposure ഒന്നും അന്നത്തെ നേതാക്കന്മാർക്ക് ഇല്ല.
Remember that Tamil Nadu govt used to give free TV and Fridge to voters before election. Creating government job posts just to give free salaries to people is a different model of that same thing.
In this time of unemployment and private firing employees....his idea is stupid to reduce government employees ....only government can give secure job.

How government will pay salary? If economy is bad how government will get tax?
The government's main objective must be to create an environment that generates employment opportunities and not to directly provide a lot of employment.
In case of Kerala, the government or rather political parties have failed in this regards and it's nice to look back and analyze what caused the flight of businesses from Kerala which in turn caused lack of employment.
Problem with government employments is that it'll be highly inefficient.
When you realize that you have job security many folks become lazy and corrupt.
Plus, you must understand that it's the taxes generated by private sector that funds the government.
When there's more mouths to feed by the government, it's the taxpayers money that's wasted which can otherwise used to many other purposes like infra development etc.
@@jj2000100 its not just kerala, all over India, all over the world unemployement is rising....private companies are failing to provide employement or good wages. Also layoffs....
@@jj2000100 exactly. Government is referee not player. Government should give opportunity and support to create wealth. Government should invest in infrastructure and policies for business growth in state. Otherwise tax won't come magically.
ഞാൻ സാറിന്റെ ഈ പ്രസ്താവനയിൽ പൂർണമായും യോജിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഞാൻ IT field ഇൽ Software Engineer ആയിട്ട് ജോലി ചെയ്തിട്ട് കേരള സർക്കാർ മേഖലയിൽ Engineer ആയിട്ടു ജോലി ചെയ്യുകയാണ്. ഇപ്പോളത്തെ ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ജോലി പഴേ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ജോലിയെക്കാളും വളരെയധികം പാടാണ് comparitively. നല്ല രീതിയിൽ കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്ന കുറേ ആൾക്കാരെ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് സെക്ടർ ഇൽ. ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷം മോശമാണ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നതിൽ വിയോജിക്കുന്നു..........
