    Is there any possibility for future videos you can do informal and formal examples of all phrases, my Albanian friends keep making fun of me for using the formal with them! Thank you for making these by the way, I listen to them before bed and my Shqip is getting so much better!

      It also depends on what dialect your friends speak. Gheg or tosk?

    Ê sometimes you read it like î in Romanian sometimes you read it at all, h sometimes you read it sometimes you don't: ftohtë you read just ftot, It's a bit confusing

      When it's hard to pronounce you can drop letters example shtëpi->shpi ftohtë->ftot. I'm not sure which part of the vid is e more closer to î in romanian, but from Wikipedia e in Albanian is similar to e in bear in English.

    Ç and Q are the same sound?

    • @Toni.Bidoni
      @Toni.Bidoni Před měsícem

      They are two distinct sounds as ç sounds like ch as is change, however q is very unique sounding and I don’t know of a word in English to help. The Tosk dialect can differentiate ç and q whereas with gheg dialect it sounds the same.
