Pasta e fagioli is my husband and I’s favorite homemade dish. We do it quite differently here, but pasta e fagioli is one of those dishes where almost everyone has their own version.
I made this tonight and used sweet Italian sausage instead of ground beef or crumbles, used veggie stock , and the Parmesan Rhine was awesome ! Used Italian seasoning and the whole thing tasted soo good ! Canned diced tomatoes work just as good too!
