It's Big Boy's 30 years in radio and all the stars are coming out!! Dr. Dre and Big Boy have a long history together on the radio and this documentary shows Dre as an artist, a producer, a discoverer and a creator of other Hip Hop Legends. How did the presence of Dr. Dre affect Ice Cube, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Xzibit and others?
How does Dr. Dre choose who he works with? What are those unique qualities he can hear before he puts someone into the recording studio?
What is life like 30 years later when the world recognizes both Big Boy and Dr. Dre with their Stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame?
How was the world changed when Dr. Dre starred in the Super Bowl Halftime Show performing in LA, for LA and from LA? And to top it off the Los Angeles Rams won the Superbowl that year? How huge was this event for the culture? What really happened with Eminem, 50 Cent, Mary J Blige, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Dre behind the scenes of the Superbowl Halftime performance?
What do artists experience when they work with Dre in the studio? Is it true that Dr. Dre can make you deaf with the audio levels when he is working? What happened with Dr. Dre’s health scare in 2021? How does Dre’s process and strive for perfection affect the music?
What is the bet of legend between Dr. Dre and Big Boy from back in the day? What happened when Big Boy tried to take the same bet with Snoop Dogg? What is Dre interested in for these years after already being a legend?
So many years and so many memories with Dr. Dre. Thanks for watching!!

#BigBoy30 #DrDre #bigboy - Zábava
Big Boy has always been such a good guy. No wonder people like Dre wouldn't even hesitate to show up for him.
Respect
Even the time he slapped Dee Barnes?
Snoop said"Warren G believed in me more than me".that was so deep!
Big Boy was the narrator to my life growing up in LA, from the early 90’s as a kid until now. I’m 40 and have a family and my kids know Big Boy, every major moment in my life Big Boy was the narrator. From getting driven by my momma to school and then driving to work and then driving my kids to school Big Boy was there. If there was anyone I’d want to do my eulogy, it would be Big Boy. Nuff Respect 🫡 Shalawam.
Dr. Dre is the hip-hop production GOAT
Dre is the west coast Beethoven
Drethoven
Not just on the West Coast he’s the greatest hip hop producer to ever live!
💯📠
Why not bethoven is dre o her time OR Lil dre !!! ? !!! , ower man’s génération have not mirror face we look like no one other , we look like wat we are . .
@@Trp510he’s not, but he’s an unbelievable nurturer of talent and has an unmatched ability with an ear for sound..
DJ Premier is the best ever.. 👐🏻
Nobody is touching Dre’s overall body of work. It is what it is. Salute.
Dre a fraud only casual sheep say otherwise
BS
@@dogvip7688 Cry alone.
Zero
@@mindbully i'm a Dr.Dre fan, but Timbaland & Neptunes body of work puts Dr.Dre's to shame... and they both got more hit songs & albums. J.Dilla & DJ Premier's body of work would also give Dr.Dre a run for his money.
The best to ever touch a mixing board. The one who brought top notch quality to hip hop period. The one and only Dr D.R.E 🫡💯
Id say him & Dj QUIK are 1A & 1B when it comes to mixing, in no particular order
I was the first person in line at Tower records to buy “Dre 2001” i remember the co-work said” why you here so early “ and I told him l Dr.Dre is more then music is a LIFESTYLE “ Bro!! Said touché!!!! DRE is the king of the west coast sound…. 🤴🏾
My introduction to hip hop was Dr. Dre. After seeing the Dre Day video I asked my mother to buy me “The Chronic” I was in 5th grade. I still remember the day I pressed play. 💯
Dr Dre production in the ‘00s is unmatched..it went UP sonically
The beats on Chronic 2001 are INSANE!
I was SHOOK that he produced "What's The Difference?" beat -- which was later sampled by Blu Cantrell and Sean Paul.
I see why Michael Jackson didn't wanna work with The Neptunes -- Dre's production went UP!
Salute Dre!!! Best producer ever!!! Best album maker ever!!!
Cap deep dive into all the producer credits he never shared
@@envydaddy8546exactly Dre a fraud
Yap more😂@@envydaddy8546
Respect for Dr. Dre, the GOAT of hip hop/rap producers.
Love to see Dre getting his flowers lately! He just did an interview with Lindsey Renee last week that was so dope.

4sho legendary status. The one and only West Coast Dr. Dre...
The best Hip Hop producer of all time.💯💪🏾🔥
Big boys podcasts are the best foreal ! 💯
I absolutely love Dr Dre. I love that he is a shining star even in the time where there is some much going on in the news. He is an example of a person that has some much influence on some many people in the Hip Hop industry and didnt take his power to exploit them and do inhumane things to get here. He sees talent and wants to see people succeed by building them up and then letting them lose to thrive. Thats a beautiful thing to have all that power and not using it for his own glory. We love you Dr Dre. I have always loved your music your talent and your display of knowing your talent and not using to get what you want. I grew up going to my grandmothers on 133rd st right in the hood. I would always think I wonder if he was just around the corner from my grandmothers house making his beats in a garage back in the 90's. Keep using your GOD givin talent to make the world dancing. PS thanks for signing Anderson Paak I love that man. BigBoy30 thanks for all that you do in your shows you are amazing to see your humility and your love for people is amazing.... Keep spreading GODs love in the music industry where others might be doing things that dont come from GOD.....
WE LOVE DRE
Agree the hip Hop without Dr D.R.E will be a totally different story now!

One of the most insane legacies in music history period
More insane than Prince or The Rolling Stones??? I don't think so 🤔
@@cwrichardson3its all subjective and debatable my friend, but Dre to me personally is number 1 yes
@@cwrichardson3I don't think he was comparing.
@@cwrichardson3he clearly said “one of”
The studio experience Big Boy had with Dr Dre killed me 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

He’s not the goat at all. He used other peoples bears. He is not on the level of Primo.
Big Boy great and YOU AND YOU TOO✌🏽✌🏻✌🏿
I love hearing Dre say that he and his crew earned those applause! Yes! My best memories are thanks to Dre during high school!
I remember hearing Dre for the first time around 87 when NWA first started. I couldn’t believe my ears of the beats that was made by him and Yella. It was something dope and fresh. So glad I’ve got to listen to many of his beats and the artists he puts out. From Snoop, Jimmy Z, Michelle, DPG, Eminem, DOC, Nate Dogg….
And also thank you BigBoy.. I loved listening to you back on that other station. Thank you for being a staple in the LA area.

When I was in elementary school I had a dr dre poster on my wall, he was just a young new producer/rapper. It had dre on it wearing a Compton hat with a big skull smoking a blunt. I was 11 or 12 white kid from the suburbs and loved hip-hop.
