The reality is the air we breathe could be cleaner. There are so many toxins out there! Are you confident your home is as fresh as possible?
This air purifier has so much to offer from it's design to a 4 stage HEPA filter to remove toxins, smoke, pet dander, hair, pollen and odours. Now it's easier than ever to move it from room to room.
I tested this out all over the house and tried the battery at different settings. SmartMi claims the battery lasts up to 24 hours on low. Impressive but true? I don't know, you'll have to watch my video to find out. 😉

Not a thread device? Not interested.

Just wish something like this had a wireless charger like the IPhone or SimpleHuman soap dispensers have. Portability really need to be quick and seem less, not figiting with a banana connector.
Although Dyson hand vacs did figure this cord connection out

For those pish poshing this device because it doesn't have Thread, you have missed the point. Not all devices will have Thread, nor do they need to be Thread devices. I would rather have a "plugged in" device use WiFi as I have found that it will be more reliable than Thread. I have over about 150 devices and my WiFi devices rarely ever have an issue. I can't say the same thing about the Thread devices. Also, Thread doesn't have the range of WiFi. For battery devices, having Thread makes sense as WiFi will burn through the battery, but this device's battery is only intended for short durations of usage and will most likely be plugged in all of the time.
I have two of the P1 Air purifiers for two bedrooms and they work great. They are on my WiFi and are very reliable. They also do a great job in cleaning the air. I need another air purifier for the Living Areas and would like to get one with a UV sterilizer built-in. I have seen only one so far but I am hoping other companies add this to their air purifiers in the future.

No Thread, strike one! Smaller Coverage, strike two! No Light or Auto in HomeKit, STRIKE THREE! Plus, the battery thing to move around the home is kinda gimmicky.

The 1% smaller coverage is offset by the fact they added odor removal to the filter. HomeKit Apple system is relatively closed loop as it does not allow light or auto in my other purifiers too.
As for the battery to move around I like how Brad mentioned in the video overall. I guess moving around fits my lifestyle especially in the summer I can use it as a standalone fan that comes with filtered air. great vid.

@@bojupan21I don’t think the HomeKit explanation is accurate. I have multiple devices that show up as multiple device in HomeKit. Smart fans with lights built in that show up as a fan and separate light. Motion sensors that show up as a motion sensor and a lux sensor, and more. Not sure there’s a great reason the light can’t show up.
