You can use these in both a forest setting using the sidewalk tiles and wilderness tiles or in a desert setting using the desert tiles and desert scatter! The world is your modular oyster. You have a face! 😜 These are awesome. Instead of slicing off every corner of every wall, keep a sheet of 120 or 180 grit sandpaper handy and shave the corners down. I gotta believe that's faster. I've been thinking about making terrain out of trash I find. I live in a very windy area so it blows all around especially at the apartment complexes. I see a lot of amazing videos using MDF. I'm wondering if I can get a similar effect with layered recycled cardboard.
Would be awesome to see some mountain terrain or caverns next :D

These look SO good. Slicing layers off the outside of the foam and the brown ink wash do a ton of work to make these look and feel ruinous! I definitely agree that dry brushing doesn't have to be the last step, and the reddish wash giving the illusion of layers of separate stone was a phenomenal touch. I'm inspired!
