    Wow did not expect you to show up on this search. You've been very busy for the past year! Great tutorial. I hope the skysphere works well with my existing lights and day/night cycle.

    Nice job! A lot of people aren't aware of Engine Content. This sky BP is from UE4, but in some ways it's more straightforward to use that the current system. For many people, this is exactly all they want and need! But there are other old chestnuts in Engine Content as well!

    Great tutorial, nice, simple, quick. Only thing that is annoying me is how bright the horizon is. How do we get rid of the bright white cloudy horizon?
    Edit: Figured it out, was the exponential height fog color and intensity basically.

    • @GorkaGames
      @GorkaGames  Před rokem +1

      yeah, the fog can be controlled from there. Also if you add a post-processing volume you can control the max exposure etc to have more control too.

    any idea how to lower overall brightness of the bottom part (the area you see above the horizon) of the sky sphere? none of the parameters seem to control it. A certain amount of brightness always remains which does not really sell the 'night' feeling

    • @tinman3000
      @tinman3000 Před 4 měsíci

      Use a post processing volume... make sure it's set to 'unbound' and then use the exposure settings to affect the overall brightness.

    Can we make this in to a nite an day cycle to when the sun go down this moon comes up

    • @GorkaGames
      @GorkaGames  Před rokem +1

      Yeah, so I have a quick day-cycle tutorial: czcams.com/video/bAb4-od6e0c/video.html , you can integrate it so that the moon will basically apprear from a certain hour, and make an animation that will go though the sky

    My moon is too bright, how do I decrease brightness?

    • @GorkaGames
      @GorkaGames  Před rokem +1

      In the moon`s material, instead of directly pluging it into the emissive color, add a multiply node, and reduce the value into something like 0.2

    bro excelent video but the moon is like fake only a sphere floating, there must be a way to put it like in fusion with the sky you know what i mean, thank you so much if you make an video update of this. cause i repeat the moon look fake is like yo can touch it.
