Wow did not expect you to show up on this search. You've been very busy for the past year! Great tutorial. I hope the skysphere works well with my existing lights and day/night cycle.
Love when people have great, to the point tutorials. Thank you !
First person to explain that you need enable Show Engine Content! I was getting so frustrated! Thank you!
Nice job! A lot of people aren't aware of Engine Content. This sky BP is from UE4, but in some ways it's more straightforward to use that the current system. For many people, this is exactly all they want and need! But there are other old chestnuts in Engine Content as well!
thanks! yeah absolutely, a lot of devs will not notice the engine or pugin content! It is an amazing place to access a great variarity of assets
Next.. Rain, Thunder & Lightning Effect?
hmm, good idea, I will think about it thanks
I second This
Third 😊 this

Very Nice! Thank you!👍
Awesome
Thanks
that was very good thanks
Thanks man it helped
I glad it helped 😀 thanks for watching!
Great tutorial, nice, simple, quick. Only thing that is annoying me is how bright the horizon is. How do we get rid of the bright white cloudy horizon?
Edit: Figured it out, was the exponential height fog color and intensity basically.
yeah, the fog can be controlled from there. Also if you add a post-processing volume you can control the max exposure etc to have more control too.
thank you so much
Do you know if theres a way to get rid of the "clouds" in the lower part?
thank you so much!
Thank you for watching, I hope it helps!!!!
Niice
Thanks man
thank you for watching
Hey excellent video
I was wondering if i can change the cloud color to black
Ive tried changing it but it dsnt work
Thankx
thanks
can you make the moon move with the time of day and night
nice nice nice
any idea how to lower overall brightness of the bottom part (the area you see above the horizon) of the sky sphere? none of the parameters seem to control it. A certain amount of brightness always remains which does not really sell the 'night' feeling
Use a post processing volume... make sure it's set to 'unbound' and then use the exposure settings to affect the overall brightness.
when i drop the Bp sky it lights everything, it doesnt look like yours with that black part
yes the tutorial is nice ,....but WHYYY finish this with a mon with Angles 🧐! so frustrating
great tutorial, btw how can i get moon disk similar to sun disk
Thanks!! You could create a custom skybox and replace the sun with the moons texture
how do i create a chroma scale with this?
How did I miss this one 😂
🤣🤣🤣
Really love your tutorials my friend they are very well made, plus your voice and background music are very relaxing 😉 thanks a lot for transmitting your knowledge Gorka 🙏✨💛
Thank you!! My pleasure!
Can we make this in to a nite an day cycle to when the sun go down this moon comes up
Yeah, so I have a quick day-cycle tutorial: czcams.com/video/bAb4-od6e0c/video.html , you can integrate it so that the moon will basically apprear from a certain hour, and make an animation that will go though the sky
@@GorkaGames thank u iam goin to go watch that rite now
your sky seems to look alot more detained than mine. any way i can make mine seem bigger? with less stars?
Try and decrease the star's brightness, and play around with the horizon colors, this should do the trick
@@GorkaGames danke :)
How about to place the Moon into the space behind the clouds with infinite distance?))
how did you create the texture for the moon?
I just downloaded an google texture that I found online. If you just search for moon texture on google you will find many.
@@GorkaGames thank you so much
i cant find the sun hight option in 5.3. But anyways thanks for the videos
My moon is too bright, how do I decrease brightness?
In the moon`s material, instead of directly pluging it into the emissive color, add a multiply node, and reduce the value into something like 0.2
bro excelent video but the moon is like fake only a sphere floating, there must be a way to put it like in fusion with the sky you know what i mean, thank you so much if you make an video update of this. cause i repeat the moon look fake is like yo can touch it.
for some reason my directional light is very yellow instead of white,
hmm, select your directional light and in the details panel, change the tint slightly
I dont think having a static mesh moon would be a good option.
I'm so sad this was only for super duper beginners
