He vandalized a rock? These are strange times we are living in when burning down and looting major cities is viewed as an inevitable and acceptable form of civil disobedience by half the citizens and those same people think that scribbling a few letters in a rock in the middle of the desert should be a capitol offense.
A mistake has happened and is being rectified and that should be the end of it. Thank you Ryan for being the voice of reason. I feel that its nice to hear a calm and readable voice especially in the times we are in now days. Thanks again.
Its scratches on a fucking rock. Get over it people. Let's take some of this energy and focus it on the violence and vandalism in our cities. The vehicles themselves will mess up nature/habitat and people are pissed about scratches? I am more upset with people that leave garbage and don't pick up after themselves, that's bad for the environment, scratches didn't mess up with the ecosystem. People need to get off of their high horse and use their energy and focus on something to improve our cities and streets. And 90% people bitching have probably never been out to Moab!
Unfortunately the popular opinion amongst a large percentage of Americans is respecting the land equals being a tree hugger wus. This is not being discouraged by current environmental attitudes. This one just happened to be caught on a popular channel but as a Utah native this type of behavior is only getting worse.
They should make the person who did it responsible to have it removed. End of story. A whole bunch of unnecessary drama.

Its less than half way less :) it's a few politicians and some sjw and liberals getting media attention. Drawing on rocks is ugly tho.

Good on you. Thanks for supporting the overlander/off road community. Also it's brave and respectable to support someone under fire by the web mob.
