I think that the Abrahamic religions are excluded because they are theologies, where the goal is to instill ethics and morals in the writings. In Greek mythology, ex., there were no real lessons, just that the gods were awful, and that Zeus copulates with everything that moves and looks remotely like a woman.
The theologies are in a different category compared to the religions mentioned here.

Hindu mythology is actually a Scientific religion. It is not an "unrealistic" religion. The four Vedas contain information on many aspects of arts, crafts, science and engineering (Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda and Atharvaveda).
Fun Fact:- Ravana (read it as Ravan, not Ravanaa, also, he is the one who kidnapped Maa Sita) instructed the planets to stay in the 11th house of Meghdad (Ravan's son), which would grant him immortality.

If no one explained to you that outside earth there are planets, would you know how sun and moon work? Of would you just assume that a god bring up the sun and take it off later for the moon to go up?? In Vietnam there's a man who was raised by a father who hid him from society because he thought the war hasn't end. The son growth up without any knowledge of the modern world, he himself believes that god bring up the sun at morning and bringing it down to rest at night.
